After three packed performances last summer, "The Leftover Monologues" is now back on stage in Beijing! 

In case you didn't catch us the first time around, we are a troupe of performers presenting a rousing adaptation of the “Vagina Monologues;” a play which provides stirring new insight into the complexities of love, sex, marriage and relationships in China.

Since we first debuted, so much has changed in the lives of our performers. There has been heartbreak, delirious romance, a wedding, a few deep, life-changing realizations, big career moves, venerable academic achievements, and there's even a baby on the way! We've built on our already electric repertoire of tales and have recruited a few fresh new voices to bring you yet another evening of sparkling entertainment. 

Once again, we'll treat you to tales of lost innocence and sexual discovery, embarrassing blind dates orchestrated by bumptious matchmaking mothers, and electrifying, but ill-fated love stories. Candidly, viscerally, and ardently, our performers will convey their battles with duty and desire, passion and practicality, and of course, give you an earful of the triumphs, travails and tribulations of being/fearing/or totally loving - being a leftover. We promise to make you laugh, shudder, vigorously nod your heads in agreement -- and if we've succeeded in our mission -- you will leave the theater with a lighter heart!
