China Retail in an Always-on World, with customer experience expert Ed Dean
收起
On Tuesday May 12th, the Shanghai Forum welcomes Ed Dean, who will talk about the importance of customer experience in China and how new technologies are changing the consumer-retailer landscape.
By now everyone knows that China is trying to shift to a consumption-driven economy, but what will the next decade hold "in store" as China becomes the world's number one market for retail overall, as well as for eCommerce, social media and the Internet of Things? Whether you are working in offline retail, online media and eCommerce or simply seek to understand the changing customer experience in China and globally, this talk will tell you what you can expect.
Don't miss this extraordinary talk from a top consultant! RSVP
today!
Please note:
Due to expected high attendance, instead of our usual location (LOHAUS) the venue will be the spacious Hero Center. Please see the venue address above and a map and other directions at the end of this listing for how to get there.
Three things you will learn:
• Why a focus on customer experience is undervalued in China and how this will change
• The most important new technologies (both in China and globally) that are set to change how we shop
• A few entrepreneurial war-stories from battling in the trenches in China for 10+ years!

Westwood Ales
The Westwood Story
In
2013 the Westwood Brothers sought to bring the tastes of their
favourite pubs and brews to Shanghai. Combining traditional brewing
practices and imported ingredients with local flavors, we have
innovated British craft ale.
Yellow Fever is our flagship ale that has a “fine body, excellent head.” This is what embodies what Westwood Ales is all about. A traditional flavour with a bit of ale-ish folly in the lingering notes.
2013年,韦斯特伍德兄弟试图将他们最爱的小酒馆及其啤酒带到上海。他们结合传统酿酒技术和具有当地风味的进口原料,对源自英国工艺的啤酒进行着不断的创新。
Yellow Fever 是我们的主打啤酒,它能够淋漓尽致地展现韦斯特伍德啤酒的所,笼统地说就是一种结合了逐渐消失的麦芽酒的传统风味
