Now and then you come across a story about 3D printed food but where are we at now? What can already be printed in the kitchen? How do we get started? For our next meetup event we will share all the exciting possibilities of Food 3D Printing. Our hope is not only to get you familiar with some of the most exciting tools being used in the design world today but also to help you on your way to becoming a master 3D printing chef! 

想必大家都听说过3D打印食品的故事，但我们发展到了什么境地？我们能在厨房里打印什么呢?我们如何开始？在活动中我们要专注于激动的3D打印食品应用。我们希望能帮您成为一个3D打印的大厨或者至少可以帮你的下一餐增味。

During the opening hour of the event we will meet professionals from the 3D Printing industry and know how to use 3D Printed molds to create one of kind, custom shaped cookies. In the multi-media room where participants will be introduced to some of the latest 3DPrinting food projects to-date, including food 3D printing in space. Here, visitors will gain a better understanding of the latest machines on the market as well as their potential to sit alongside your everyday kitchen appliances such as your microwave or toaster.

在活动刚开场，我们将会带您认识3D打印界的专家。同时会让你见识到如何使用3D打印模具创造定制化造型的曲奇。在多媒体区，我们会看到最近发生的一些3D打印食品的项目，比如在太空中打印食品。在这里观众可以更好地了解最新的设备并且挖掘他们给我们的厨房带来怎样的变革。

To wrap up, we invite everybody to take place in our 3D Printed cookie cutter competition!

Participants will have the chance to sketch out their favorite ideas then a few lucky participants will watch their designs come to life with 3D Printing. Judges will select several top sketches and demonstrate, live, how to convert flat 2D sketches into 3D models, ready for 3D Printing. Once 3D Printed we will then use our cookie cutters to create fully customized cookies for participants to enjoy. During this event, visitors will gain a better understanding of the 3DPrinting process and will gain exposure to some of Beijing’s top 3D printing talent. In addition several lucky participants will walk away with their very own customized Cookie/Food Cutter for later use.

最后，我们邀请您参与我们的3D打印饼干模子大赛！

参赛者将会有机会把自己的创意画出来，然后我们会选中一些幸运儿把他们的设计3D打印成实物。裁判们选中最好的几个草图并且现场演示如何把2D草图转换成3D模型。一旦我们把模子3D打印出来就可以制作定制的饼干了。在本次活中，大家可以近距离的接触3D打印工艺并有幸和北京的3D打印大佬们相聚。另外，那些幸运儿将有幸把自己的定制饼干和饼干模具带走。

上期3D打印饼干活动回顾

    2015年8月1日一场别开生面的3D打印食品“Party”，在东直门当代MOMA成功举办，将近200位现场来宾，有带小孩全家出动的，有记者，有情侣，有教师，有外国友人，活动现场热闹非凡。以前只能从电视上了解3D打印，从来没有如此近距离的接触它，现场又能利用3D打印技术来制作创意的曲奇，大家对这次活动赞誉有加。
