一直以来，区块链技术在金融行业的应用深受瞩目。Fintech利用包括区块链技术在内的新技术颠覆了传统金融行业，给每个人的生活都带来了极大便利。但是，也给监管带来了诸多困难。

最近勒索病毒肆虐，给广大电脑用户造成了巨大损失，而比特币由于难以追迹的特点被不法分子利用收取赎金。如何追踪比特币交易，如何验证比特币等虚拟货币平台上的交易是否可疑，如何在区块链上构建一个符合法律的数字身份，都成为最新的广受关注的问题。同时，区块链技术去中心化、不可篡改的特性让其在法律文书保存公正方面有着非常良好的应用。

用区块链技术监管区块链项目，用区块链技术推进法律行业的发展，这两大需求推进了“Regtech（Regulation Technology）”的诞生。在本次活动中，我们讲邀请Regtech技术最成熟的几家公司来介绍区块链在法律监管方面的全新进化。

For a long time, blockchain has been drawing a lot of attentions for its applications in financial industry. It is true that blockchain has energized the traditional  financial industry, influenced the daily life of most of us. However, regulation is also an important area for blockchain.

For example, in the recent ''WannaCry'' ransomware cyber attack, Bitcoin was used by the ransomware attackers for it is hard to identify the owner of bitcoin address. How do we search the trading history of cryptocurrencies? How do we find the suspicious account? There are all the questions many people are concerning about. Meanwhile, people are also expecting the use of blockchain in judicial records.

In this event, we invited the members from leading regtech companies to share their solutions for the blockchain applications with us.
