房地产科技（PropTech）是帮助个人和企业查找、购买、出售和管理房产的信息技术。与聚焦技术在金融领域应用的FinTech相似，PropTech利用数字创新来解决房地产行业的需求。

PropTech (property technology) is the use of information technology to help individuals and companies research, buy, sell and manage real estate. Similar to the way FinTech focuses on the use of technology in finance, PropTech uses digital innovation to address the needs of the property industry.

PropTech一词为何近来变得如此时髦？它对于房地产专业从业者意味着什么？谁将会被影响？其中的利害关系又是什么？PropTech到底是房地产行业的威胁还是希望？

Andrew ROBINSON 罗安竺  

新西兰驻上海总领事 New Zealand Consul-General, Shanghai

罗安竺自2019年1月起就任新西兰驻上海总领事一职。在此之前，他是新西兰外交和贸易部的首席顾问。新西兰是2021年亚太经济合作组织（APEC）承办国，罗安竺到任上海之前是2021亚太经济合作组织（APEC）规划团队成员。2015至2016年，罗安竺是新西兰担任联合国安理会非常任理事国期间的领导小组成员之一。2011至2013年期间，他在新西兰驻北京大使馆任职。他在台湾大学完成了普通话培训课程。在加入新西兰外交和贸易部之前，罗安竺曾在私营机构工作，是一名反托拉斯商业法律师。他毕业于奥克兰大学，获得法学学士（荣誉）学位和国际关系专业文学学士学位。

戴艳阳 Anna DAI 

WeWork中国技术团队工程总监 Engineering Director of WeWork China Tech

戴艳阳是WeWork中国技术团队的工程总监，负责领导增长和计费工程团队。她在信息技术与服务行业有着丰富的工作经验：在构建和管理工程团队（移动/云/QA）、项目管理、测试管理、指导和测试规划方面拥有15年以上的经验。在加入WeWork之前，她曾在欧特克有限公司（Autodesk）与毕博信息技术有限公司（Blackboard）领导工程团队。在工程方面，戴艳阳是一名优秀的专业人士。她拥有美国（华盛顿特区）东南大学（Southeastern University, Washington, DC）计算机科学硕士学位。

Anna Dai is the Engineering Director of WeWork China Tech team who leads Growth and Billing engineering team. Anna has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She has 15+ years of experience in Building and Managing engineering teams (Mobile/Cloud/QA), project management, test management, mentoring, and test planning. Before WeWork, she led engineering teams at Autodesk, Blackboard. She is a strong engineering professional with a Master's degree focused in Computer Science from Southeastern University (Washington, DC).

丁世深 Darren DING

丁世深先生是DFocus Technology 联合创始人和COO首席运营官。毕业于新西兰奥克兰大学计算机科学学士学位，新西兰梅西大学工商管理研究生，15年IT科技500强企业工作经验，其中8年在海外，13年海外经历和丰富的国际化背景和视野。2011 年回国，负责跨国企业大中华区 IoT 企业级物联网在企业地产科技和产品管理工作。2015年作为联合创始人创立DFocus Technology，负责公司产品和业务运营管理。目前为近100家世界500强企业提供IoT物联网和大数据在企业地产管理的科技解决方案。自2011年开始，作为全球企业不动产协会会员，学习企业和商业地产运营管理体系。熟悉全球范围内，500强企业利用科技为企业地产提供依据数据为支撑的企业地产管理决策和实践经验。

Darren Ding is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of DFocus Technology. Darren graduated from The University of Auckland with a degree in Computer Science, and a Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration in Management from Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand. Darren has over 15 years of experience in the Technology industry, including 8 years overseas. Since 2011, Darren has been technology lead for IoT Enterprise Solutions for Corporate Real Estate Management worldwide.  More than 25% of Global 500 companies adopted their digital workplace management. Darren joined CoreNet in 2012, connecting the corporate and commercial real estate operational knowledge with IoT, Big Data, and AI. It enables enterprises with the transformation of data into useful insights make better decisions and gain competitive advantage.
