This event would like to show the fundamentals of China patents and help people to know how to own their rights and protect their technologies..帮助入驻中芬设计园企业或团队解决企业发展中遇到的一些知识产权相关问题，此次活动主要是为国外友人提供对国内专利申请的认识和了解，提高对于知识产权的认识及运营，避免产生不必要的知识产权风险和损失。

Speaker

Dr. Charlie Che

the co-founder of “TekGlory (Beijing) Technologies” in China, currently works as the Vice President & Chief Expert 

He has Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. Degree in Technology Management. He has more than twenty year’s teaching and working experience in all kinds of patent engineering, including patent search, patent map analysis, patent infringement analysis, patent judge, patent valuation and patent prosecution. He is also a remarkable inventor to have more than sixty patents in the world including US patents, EP patents, PCT patents, etc. Lots of these patents are drafted by himself. 

He’s got good reputation both in patent research and patent practical work, therefore to be recommended to take Award of “Who’sWho 2011” and Award of “2,000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century in Patent Engineering”. In recent years, he has been applying mathematical approaches in analyzing patent big data, and moving patent engineering to a higher level, and has got outstanding achievements in technology forecasting and stock price forecasting of listed companies.
