Speakers
Oswaldo
Oswaldo Loor has been manufacturing drones for agriculture in Shenzhen since year 2016. He arrived in Shenzhen in 2012 to export mobile phone accesories to Ecuador, South America, his home country. With a background in agriculture and drones being the hype, things fell in place and now he is exporting them to different countries in South America with his own brand.
Danlynn
Danlynn has 4 years experience in IT startups and 1 year worked in Huawei as User experience designer. She is also a Master’s degree student at Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Design (International Design & Business Management). Her bachelor degree is from China Central Academic of Fine Art, Bachelor of Engineering (Interior Design). Currently she is also an ambassador of a Tech community AngelHack in Shenzhen.
Jessie
Jessie grew up in Yunnan and went to Hong Kong in 2012 for study. Graduated the university with a degree in Government and International Studies. Started off working as a researcher in the Global Risk Analysis team at Control Risks. Finding her passion in entrepreneurship, Jessie left to a B2B startup Agorize.
Since late 2018, Jessie co-founded Necessiti, a platform that matches the needy people with the tech solutions for solving their needs. She is convinced that technology is central to the disruptive solution of social problems.
Stephen
Stephen Black has worked both as an independent visual artist and as an employee of some of the biggest media companies in the world. After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photographic Illustration, he began "arting" and working in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali and Paris. In all of these situations, an understanding of Tech was crucial, especially in the areas of image creation and image display on the internet.
Brian
Brian Hirsh is an American entrepreneur who is focused on using technology to improve the way that we live our lives. As CEO of Brightwood, he is leading the development of a machine learning IoT platform. He has been working in IoT for over 5 years. He started his career at Revolv before it was acquired by Google. While at Fantem Inc. he helped create the most successful smart home crowdfunding campaign which raised $1.8 million in 2015. He then relocated to Shenzhen China to focus on interaction design, creating full customer architectures for smart homes, villas, and hotels. Now he has started a new AI IoT platform that leverages data to automate home systems.
