Steered by a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, the automotive industry has demonstrated the development trends of greenization, electrification, intelligentization, interconnected and sharing.

This not only pushes forward evolutions in automobile and mobility industry chain,

but also boosts the transformation and development of smart city, and profoundly influences the pattern of global future mobility.

Intelligent-connected vehicle, diversified transportation system, 5G communication facilities and urban energy network system are all important driving forces for upgrading of global future mobility industry and reengineering of future urban mobility ecosystem.

However, the gender imbalance in the automotive and mobility still remain as a key challenge to be addressed and improved.

According to the Harvard Business Review, women make up 20% of engineering graduates and nearly 40% of women who earn engineering degrees either quit or never enter the profession. As a result, transport services remain heavily male-dominated.

With a view to facilitating cross-industry synergy on a global scale and ride the wave of future mobility revolution, the Global Future Mobility Conference 2019 (GFM 2019) will be hosted by China EV100 in Deqing City, Zhejiang Province on October 25th-27th, 2019.
