Ming Leung celebrates, interrogates, and practices design in the largest sense of the word. For 25 years, he has been privileged to be a leader and contributor at 10 of the World’s Best Design Schools for hundreds of ex-students who are now advancing design not only for businesses and industries but also for social entrepreneurship and responsibility. In professional practice he works with business entrepreneurs and teams of inventors, scientists, engineers, architects, artists and fellow designers. He is keen to find new values and meanings in the world of design that is confronted with such huge challenge of technological, economic and environmental issues.

Ruby has dedicated decade of her career to drive actionable insight for global innovators including Google, Lego, VF and more. She is now responsible for managing Consumer Behavioral Analysis Unit at Brandnographer™, an vivid insight and innovation consultancy with regional presence. She is also a founding member of the global shapers community in Shanghai, a visiting lecturer at Hong Kong Design Institute and guest speaker at Swissnex to share insight in innovation, design research and branding.

Zhenhan Hao is a socially engaged artist and designer who is fascinated by grassroots culture and cultural exchanges in history and across continents. With various experiences of study and living in China and Europe, working with people from different fields Hao has developed a unique understanding of how the existing production systems operate, how local and global contexts interact and how tradition and modernity can stimulate meaningful opportunities. Centering on the concepts of emergence, self-organization and co-evolution, his approach often engages with people, environments rather than limited by identity, materials or academic disciplines.
