Joyce Wong来自中国香港，目前正在夏威夷檀香山攻读亚太领导力课程（APLP East West Center)以及开展相关项目研究。Joyce的职业生涯始于联合国开发计划署驻上海项目办公室。在加入APLP之前，在世界宣明会担任云南地区扶贫项目经理，与云南政府相关部门对接援助项目。此外，她还在亚太和非洲地区拥有项目管理背景和经验。Joyce 希望通过相关的研究和实践，为探索如何在亚洲地区文化背景下建立充满活力的一流团队做出贡献。

Joyce Wong from Hong Kong is currently undergoing the Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP East West Center) in Honolulu, Hawaii. She started off her career as a Program Officer at a program office of United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Shanghai. Prior to joining APLP, she served as a Program Manager at World Vision in Yunnan, China. In addition to, she has a background in management and the experience of managing programs in Asia Pacific and Africa from her previous positions. She hopes to contribute to the building up of thriving teams in Asia.

在BM活动过中我们将以全球化的视角剖析

1、当今海内外商务人士从生活到工作面临的问题以及在不同文化背景下的应对策略，

2、案例分析—讨论商业管理从理论到实践的议题（例如应对策略、管理变化），并且使用真实的案例。

For BM events, we will research and present studies from a global perspective, including:

1. Problems business people face in both their lives and work - different solutions against different cultural backgrounds.

2. Case studies - discussing business and management theories and issues (e.g. strategy or change management), using real life examples

我们也会不定期邀请海内外富有经验的商务人士向我们的俱乐部会员分享他们独特的见解和经验，

BMC是一个开放的俱乐部，我们也将组织各种类型聚会活动。
