Startup Grind Beijing is honored to host Kapil Kane, Director of Innovation at Intel. Kapil is an expert on entrepreneurship and builds successful collaborations between Startups and the Intel - further, as Co-founder of Ideas2Reality, Kapil is also an expert on how to be an intrapreneur in a corporate environment. 

This event is relevant for founders who have attended corporate innovation events and have not experienced the "what's next" yet and are looking for ways to better identify promising collaboration models with corporates. It is also relevant for executives and employees at corporates who are looking for ways to change their employers cultural DNA towards a more innovative driven way.

Director of Innovation at Intel China

英特尔中国创新总管

Kapil is Director of Innovation at Intel China where he cofounded Ideas2Reality- an award-winning technology incubator and business accelerator.

Prior to Intel, he lead Product Design and Engineering at Apple on a variety of products ranging from iPod, iPad and MacBook all the way to mighty iMac.

Kapil is Expert-In-Residence at XNode, advises startups as well as corporates and serves on the leadership team of Singularity University Shanghai chapter. 

He’s two-time TEDx speaker and regularly shares his thoughts and experiences on technology, design and innovation with the community.

Kapil received Masters from Stanford and Bachelors from India, both in Mechanical Engineering & Design.

Kapil 是英特尔中国创新总管，他在英特尔创立了Ideas2Reality，这是一家获誉颇丰的科技孵化器和商业加速器。

任职英特尔之前，他在苹果公司带领产品设计与工程团队负责过iPod, iPad,Macbook和iMac等一系列多样的产品。

Jelte is Senior Manager at Zhongguancun Innoway, a Chinese state-owned company and landmark for entrepreneurship in China, overseeing the corporate innovation segment and is further involved in government-to-government relations and other international projects.

Additional to his role at Innoway, Jelte is leading as director the activities of Startup Grind in China & Beijing – the Beijing chapter is currently the most active chapter in the world. Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs and is powered by Google for Entrepreneurs.

Jelte sits in the innovation council of some Fortune 500 companies and acts as Mentor for Corporate Acceleration programs. He has over 10 years of Asia experience, living and working in China alone for over 6 years. He has a strong background in strategic advisory for Startups, multinational enterprises, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
