中美俄三边关系与全球核不扩散策略

朝鲜在谋求军用核能力上日益频繁而激进的尝试给半岛和整个东北亚地区的区域稳定带来了挑战，国际社会对核扩散乃至核军备竞赛风险的担心进一步加剧。中美俄在应对朝鲜核问题上能否取得共识？有哪些措施可以增强多边国际合作和沟通，从而在国际层面上进行更为有效的核武控制？这将对中美俄三边关系产生何种影响？

7月13日，清华-布鲁金斯公共政策研究中心将与财新世界说共同举办公开活动，邀请中外学者就中美俄三边关系及全球核不扩散策略展开探讨。

China- U.S.- Russia: Trilateral relationship and strategy on nuclear arms control

Tensions have rapidly escalated on Korean Peninsula and beyond, following North Korea’s advancing nuclear and missile programs. Will China, the United States, and Russia find common ground on North Korea? What are the possible channels for cooperation through multilateral efforts to reduce the risks of nuclear proliferation?  What are the measures that will enable effective nuclear arms control on an international scale? Will those measures influence the prospect of China-U.S.-Russia relations?

On July 13th, the Brookings- Tsinghua Center for Public Policy and Globus of Caixin Media will co- host an event on “China- U.S.- Russia: Trilateral relationship and strategy on nuclear arms control”. A panel of experts from both China and the U.S. will share their insights on the topic.
