    11岁时随父亲上武当山,12岁拜武当三丰派第14代掌门钟云龙道长为师,系统学习武当武术,接触道文化。 在长期浓厚的传统文化熏陶下耳闻目染,一颗幼小的种子植于道家。随着年龄地增长,师功也逐渐领悟到太极文化用途之广、妙用之大。经过积累与沉淀,师功老师17岁便开始了一边完成学业,一边于社会交流、学习、传播太极文化的生活。




    Master Li Shi Gong (Ian)
    When master Li was 11 years old ,he visited Wudang mountain for the first time. At the age of 12, he met his first master, who is the 14th generation of the traditional sanfeng martial arts. Under the influence of strong traditional culture, a young seed was planted in Taoism. With the increase of age, master Li realized the great use of tai chi culture. After a long time accumulation and precipitation, master Li start to teach tai chi .

    师功团队给大家的太极课程一节课时长约为2个小时,分复习巩固环节和新知学习环节,两个环节各45分钟,此外,两个小时中还包含了约为20分钟的小憩与交流时间。


    我们根据大家不同的需求,将太极课程分成了三个班:
    基础班(六节课):太极桩功( 无极桩、松身垂体桩、浑圆桩、三体桩 ),太极四劲(吞吐沉浮),太极云手,太极基本步,基本腿法。

    中级班(十六节课):太极桩功( 无极桩、松身垂体桩、浑圆桩、三体桩 ),太极四劲(吞吐沉浮),滚龙身,太极云手,太极基本步,基本腿法,太极基础六式,武当基本拳,武当太极十三势。

    高级班(三十六节课):太极桩功( 无极桩、松身垂体桩、浑圆桩、三体桩 ),太极四劲(吞吐沉浮),滚龙身,龙虎二气,太极云手,太极基本步,基本腿法,太极基础六式,武当太极十三势,武当太极二十八式,武当基本拳,形意五行拳,八卦掌,太极绝手。



    前三节课程为免费体验课,请参加体验课程的小伙伴穿着较为宽松的衣服参加。欢迎广大太极爱好者与师功同行,在城市与山野、入世与出世的旅途,一起编织现代与传统的中国梦!

    We welcome friends who are interested in Tai Chi to practice with professionals.
    In order to study Tai Chi deeply,we provide professional courses, it’s about 2 hours and it will be divided into two parts:review and new knowledge learning(two parts will be 45 minutes each.)lf you have any questions during learning, you can bring it up in time and our master will help you to solve. 

    We divide three classes according to your level:
    Basic class(six classes): lt contains 5 lessons.
    1.Tai Chi zhuang (pile). Tai Chi has four zhuang (pile) that we will do it in the state of nature and completely relaxed. It can not only regulate breathing, muscle and nerve but also maintain our body. 2. Four basic ways of discharging force(deep breathing) 3. Clouds hand. Learn how to move our hands combining hardness with softness. 4. The basic moving pace of Tai Chi. 5. The basic leg movement. 

    Intermediate class(16 classes): lt contains all the content of the basic class.
    lt subjoin the basic movement of Tai Chi、Wudang Jiben Quan(Basic Fast Form) and Wudang Tai Chi 13 Form. 

    Advanced class(36 classes):lt contains all the content of the basic and intermediate class.
    lt subjoin Wudang Tai Chi 28 Form、Xingyi Quan (Body and Will Fist)、Bagua Zhang (Bagua Palm) and Tai Chi hand.
