Blair Zhang

Executive Chair at Compass Innovation Alliance

Blair Zhang is Executive Chairperson of Compass Innovation Alliance, an HK registered NGO platform to help overseas innovation projects enter Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau Greater Bay Area, as well as boosting technology cooperation between HK and Beijing, with the support from different governments, corporates, investors and entrepreneurs. 

Blair also served as Global Partnership Director of COMB+ until August 2018, an international accelerator focusing on investing into worldwide startups and expanding them into China market. To help with COMB+’s global expansion, Blair has successfully launched tech cooperation in Nordics, covering Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. As a youth leader, Blair frequently delivers speeches to encourage young entrepreneurs in European communities. 

Prior to returning back to China, Blair spent a long time living New York City. Blair has a background in politics and business and previously served as Economic and Social Consultant to the United Nations. She was a Legislative Intern to the New York City Council.
