Our kenynote speaker this month, Matthew Milasius, will discuss "Quality Control Horror Stories and How Not to Become One". 

Matt is the Client Manager and Marketer at InTouch Manufacturing Services. In his time in Shenzhen, Matt has helped numerous importers address their quality concerns and improve their manufacturing experiences across Asia. A graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, Matt studied at the Beijing Center in 2014 and returned to China to build bridges between the U.S. and China and continue developing his Mandarin. 

Our second speaker, Robert Ma, will give a talk on "The Toy World", and discuss the toy industry and the license business. 

Robert is the Senior Manager - Inventor Relations at Spin Master (Dongguan) Toys Co. Spin Master is a Canadian global toy and entertainment company that has been designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing consumer products for children around the world since 1994. Its brands include Bakugan, Meccano, Air Hogs, Kawaii Crush, PAW Patrol, Aquadoodle, TGR, Tech Deck and 2015 Toy of the Year, Zoomer Dino.
