企业级项目管理方法和工具主要是讲方法：从企业战略和效益出发，站在规划和决策的高度，结合相关管理角色（管理层、PMO、项目经理、部门经理等）的职责，梳理企业级项目管理方法和业务流程，覆盖项目组合管理、项目群管理、项目管理、资源管理等方面的内容。

   唐智勇先生  深圳市蓝云软件有限公司董事长、创始人，蓝云软件首席咨询师

1990年毕业于中国海洋大学应用数学专业，曾在多家国内外企业担任产品管理和研发管理的高级职位，2004年创立国内第一个项目组合管理软件研发企业——蓝云软件，提供IT、产品研发和专业服务领域的组织级项目管理解决方案，并一直从事组织级项目管理软件平台EasyTrack的研发和推广，曾为深圳证券交易所、民生银行、航天二院某部、海马汽车、乐视集团、海尔集团等提供组织级项目管理咨询服务。

 唐智勇先生精通项目管理、质量管理和敏捷开发等领域，熟悉各种管理方法论，并在实际工作中长期应用，善于理论结合实际，是一位资深的项目管理专家。

He founded the first domestic project management software research and development company in 2004, Lanyun Software, which provides organization-level project management solution in IT, product research and profesional service areas, and he is always focused on research and development and promotion of organization-level project management software platform EasyTrack. He provided organization-level project management consulting service for the following customers: Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Minsheng Bank, one ministry of the Second Academy of China Aerospace, Ha/ma, LeEco, Haier, etc.

Mr. Tony TANG is proficient in project management, quality management and agile development. He is familiar with multiple management methodologies, and also applies in real work for long time. He is good at theory with practice, and he is a senior project management profesional.
