About the topic 关于话题

The goal is to help entrepreneurs and startups to get a better understanding of the complex European investment and startup landscape. Leon will share his insights about why start or expand in Europe, what are the successful cases of European expansions, and what can European and Chinese entrepreneurs learn from each other.

About the speaker 关于嘉宾

Leon joined Partech in June 2019 as Principal. Based out of Paris, he is focusing on venture equity investments, across Europe and beyond.

Prior to Partech, Leon was an initial member and Associate Vice President at ID Capital in Singapore. He spearheaded the firm’s end-to-end efforts in Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), Japan, South Korea as Thailand and Singapore. He was instrumental and prolific in weaving partnerships with VCs, startup hubs and government agencies and establishing a presence for the firm in countries under his mandate. Leon was previously an early team member and Program Manager leading operational transformation and innovation projects for Google across 13 countries in APAC. 

Coming from a technical background between Mines ParisTech & National University of Singapore. He is fluent in Mandarin, English and French.

葛小梁，栢德资本投资总监兼亚洲区负责人

葛小梁于2019年6月加入柏德资本担任总监。以巴黎为中心，他致力于欧洲及周边地区的风险股权投资。

在加入栢德资本之前，Leon是新加坡ID Capital的初创成员兼助理副总裁。他带头领导了公司在大中华地区（中国，香港，台湾），日本，韩国（泰国和新加坡）的端到端业务。 他在与风险投资人，初创中心和政府机构建立伙伴关系，并在其职权范围内为公司建立市场地位发挥了重要作用。Leon也曾以团队的早期成员和项目经理的身份，领导Google在亚太地区13个国家的运营改革和创新项目。
