关于主讲教授 About Professor Gert Jan Hofstede

作为著名人口生物学家、组织行为学教授、跨文化管理专家，Hofstede曾出版世界学术名著《文化与组织 — 心理软件的力量》，此书被译为20多种语言，在人力资源和管理类学术文献中被引用超过7000余次。Hofstede所提倡的跨文化管理理念是全球商学院学习的重要理论之一。他也是活跃在国际商界和学术届的演讲者。

Gert Jan Hofstede is a Population Biologist of Human Organizational Behavior, and is currently an associate professor at Wageningen University the Netherland. Gert Jan creates computational simulations and animates group simulation games, that applied in analyzing areas such as culture, leadership, negotiation and trust. 

他与多位人类学家共同创立了生命科学模拟研究中心（SiLiCo Center），着重于研究人类行为。他是计算机情景模拟游戏的创始人，次模型运用于研究组织内部领导力、文化性质、谈判和信任管理等。

He is a speaker for business and academic audiences worldwide, mainly regarding cross-culture topics. He co-authored Cultures and Organization: software of the mind in 2010, which is an international bestseller in 20 + languages. Gert Jan founded SiLiCo center Wageningen in 2016, worked with global biologist in research of human behaviors.
