炉边访谈——新创企业从“初建”到“扩建”| Fireside Chat: From Start-up to Scale-up

The term "startup" is used a lot, some still refer to uber as a startup but a lesser known term is "scale-up". A scale-up is a startup that is a maturing company that has passed early VC funding rounds, have a developed and structured team, their product has proven market success and now they are expanding rapidly.

Startup Grind Nanjing has invited Amy (苏春姿) to talk about what startups face as they go from a startup to a scale-up based on her experience as a VC as well as in Flowerplus, a scale-up in China that has disrupted the flower market nationwide.
