​Founders Series Shanghai 2019

Ladies Who Tech于2018年12月13日在WeWork举行了首场创始人系列活动，正式开启了一个由导师、培训、教学和互动组成的企业家资源盛会。创始人系列的使命是创建一个独特的技术中心，在这里，女性技术创始人、科技自由职业者、潜在联合创始人、人才和潜在客户之间的联系可以有益传递，以便实现他们的技术商业目标。

Ladies Who Tech launched the Founders Series in December 2018 with WeWork Labs in Shanghai. This series is an entrepreneurial resources extravaganza with sharing, mentoring, peer to peer learning, pitching and connecting platform. The Founders Series’ mission is to create an exclusive tech-hub where connections between female tech founders, tech-freelancers, potential co-founders, talent and potential clients can cross-pollinate in a meaningful way to achieve their tech-biz objectives.

Ladies Who Tech作为社会企业，我们坚信通过整合各方资源并支持创新观念来达到社会价值于获利能力的双重目标。企业的创新和利润能力是由包括女性在内的多元化团队推动的。

Ladies Who Tech 成立以来ㄧ直致力于在科技领域上缩小性别差距，2018年12月开始了第一场女性创始人系列讲座，让更多女性创始人分享创业和领导的过程，连结更多认同这个信念的组织及各体，得到很好的响应。

Ladies Who Tech has been working on closing the gender gap in STEM industries. In December 2018, we started the first female founders series to provide the channel for female founders to share their learning of leadership in startup culture, which resonates to numerous organizations and individuals to support the event. 

如何在2019年解决科技领域上的性别差距？今年Ladies Who Tech 串连了中国重点城市上海、北京、深圳、成都，集结科技领域的女性创始人们一起探讨创意、创新和创业的道路。

How will the gender gap in STEM be solved in 2019? This year, Ladies Who Tech proudly announces that we unite the female founders and alliance to present Founder Series in major cities — Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Chengdu to probe into creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Ladies Who Tech 将利用中国的这一创新浪潮，确保女性科技企业家能够有适宜的环境在中国的技术进步中扮演重要的角色。上海创始人系列活动将从4个活动涵盖这些领域：

Ladies Who Tech will leverage this wave of innovation in China ensuring that there is the right environment for women technopreneurs to play their vital role in China's technological climb to the top. Founders Series Shanghai will address the following topics in our four events:

1. INNOVATION – Wednesday, 10-April 

   创新 -  4月10日星期三

猪年上海首场Founders Series将由Ladies Who Tec携手WeWork EBA于4月10日拉开大幕。LWT将邀请5位在创新领域工作的专家，分享他们今年的创新经验和计划。

Launching with WeWork EBA on 10-April, Ladies Who Tech invites 5 experts working in key sectors to share their experience and their plans to deliver innovation this year.

在公开演讲之后，与会者可以在5场小型的分组会议激发独特的见解，讲述他们对创新领域的看法和建议。

Following open talks, 5 intimate break-out sessions will give attendees unique insights to inspire and an opportunity to share their own contributions to innovation.

2. PRODUCT QUALITY- Wednesday, 12-June

   产品质量-  6月12日星期三

本次“设计与批判性思维”研讨会将对成功或失败的创新产品进行深入的案例研究分析。在技术和商业创新方面的中国顶尖学者将在本届会议主讲。会议将首先介绍IDEO的设计思维，结束时与会者可向潜在的业务合作伙伴和投资者“推销”真实的产品。

This "Design & Critical Thinking" workshop selects successful and failed products for a deep-dive case study analysis. China's top Scholars in Tech and Business Innovation will lead this session. Starting with an introduction to IDEO's Design Thinking and ending with attendees "pitching' real products to potential business partners and investors.

3. DIGITALISATION - Wednesday, 14-August

    数字化 -  8月14日星期三

“解码数字化转型”是一个互动环节。在这里，在中国的共享经济，金融科技和新零售等领域创造颠覆性创新的企业家们将分享他们实现可持续发展业务的秘诀，以及他们如何有效地迎合不断变化的中国消费者。

"Decoding Digital Transformation" is an interactive session where entrepreneurs creating disruptive innovation in areas like China's Sharing Economies, Fintech and New Retail will share their secrets for delivering sustainable businesses that are effectively catering to the changing Chinese consumer.

这些专家将有机会向女性联合创始人宣传，从而进一步帮助他们在2019年及未来获得成功。

There will be an opportunity for these Experts to then pitch for Female Co-Founders to further enable their success in 2019 and beyond.

4. GREEN PRODUCTION – Wednesday, 16-October

    绿色生产 -  10月16日星期三

“Green Tech4Good”是一次以中国成功的绿色科技计划和产品为主题的小组讨论互动。本次活动将有社会企业家，设计师和社会影响投资者前来参与。

"Green Tech4Good" will spotlight China's successful Green Tech initiatives and products in a panel discussion that includes Social Entrepreneurs, Designers, and Social Impact Investors.
