Chris老师有20年的丰富的工作经验（在美国，法国，韩国，中国）。金融背景，他的教育方式结合定量与定性方法。平常会看他画图标和表格。在不同行业的经验（房地产，酒店，管理咨询公司），他带来的故事也多，连经济方面让大家有清楚地了解。

Chris Kim has worked in a variety of environments over the past few years. Having experienced such dynamic work settings, Chris questions the conventional role or characteristic of a leader and introduces the concept of "servant leadership." He explains that someone serving a group does not necessarily mean that they failed their role as a leader. Rather, it is this mode of interaction that may help a group achieve greater success.
