Why on Full moon night?
The SUN represents our ‘outer-world’, our identity, our personality, our ego. It represents how we ‘shine our light’ out into the world, the present moment, our yang or masculine archetype expression. The Sun offers us strength, courage, and illuminated insight of the Soul. The MOON represents our ‘inner world’, our hidden emotions, desires, our shadow-self, fears/worries, and our dreams. It represents our feelings, our unconscious beliefs, the past, and our yin or feminine goddess archetype. The Moon offers us the ability to feel, learn from the past and creatively unlock, and express our essence.
So…What Is Vinyasa?
The different styles and varieties of yoga can sometimes be very confusing – even to the most experienced practitioner – because they can overlap. Especially the term “vinyasa” yoga, which can take on a few different meanings – including what makes a yoga class a “vinyasa” yoga class. 瑜伽的不同风格和种类有时会让人很困惑，即使是最有经验的练习者也是如此，因为它们可以重叠。尤其是“vinyasa”瑜伽这个词，它可以有一些不同的含义——包括什么让瑜伽课成为“vinyasa”瑜伽课。
The Word “Vinyasa” While some people believe vinyasa means “movement with breath”, vinyasa actually is Sanskrit for “to place in a special way”. The word predates yoga as a physical practice. You could “vinyasa” anything, from how you completed a project to how you hiked a certain path. Vinyasa is about mindfulness in the movements and decisions you make.
Vinyasa 1 yoga, in short, is characterized by continuous movement linked with the breath for all the levels. It is in a Vinyasa class where you’ll most likely see things like Sun Salutations and “flowing”.
About 70% of the body is made up of water. The sound of the singing bowl has a regular vibration, which can directly lead people into a state of peace and relaxation. Moreover, the sound produced by the sound bowl is long, vigorous, clear, and pleasant. This extended overtone can create a sufficient hearing space and penetrate the body to gently "massage" the skin, muscles, nerves, and other systems of the human body. If the body is regarded as a multifunctional instrument, then the sound of the singing bowl can make the whole body resonate and vibrate together, and the body will reconstruct its system at the micro-level. At the same time, this resonance will also mobilize the level of consciousness of the brain, improve the individual's awareness and acceptance, and make people return to a simple, happy, and beautiful state.
With the help of its stable and harmonious frequency, singing bowl therapy has a scientific and wonderful influence on the human body through listening, physical contact, and other ways, so as to activate the self-healing ability of the human body and help the human body restore a balanced and harmonious health state.
