活动主办方说明：票一经售出，已安排后续相关事宜，无法退票。

鉴于疫情仍具不确定性，现公布防疫指南如下，

防疫指南：目前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情尚存在不确定性，因此如果因为新型冠状病毒肺炎原因或疫情防控法律，法规，规范性文件规定，或政府疫情防控政策，命令要求所导致的双方无法全面履行本协议义务的，双方均无需对由此造成的损失负责。客户取消所有预定或部分预定，主办方无需承担任何违约责。

Consider the current uncertain situation on COVID-19, the Epidemic prevention clause show as below,

Epidemic prevention clause: under the current uncertain situation on COVID-19, if both parties cannot fully perform the obligations of this agreement because of the reasons of COVID-19 or the laws, regulations, normative documents of epidemic prevention and control, or the requirements of the government's epidemic prevention and control policies and orders, neither party shall be responsible for the losses arising therefrom. Party A cancels all or part of the reservation without any liability for breach of contract to Party B. The specific follow-up solutions shall be subject to the supplementary agreement finally communicated and signed by both parties.

1. 付款完成后您将收到活动行的电子票号，参加活动时请出示电子票号或者短信。

2. 如果您需要支付电子票的发票，请于订票时勾选需要发票并填写相关的开具发票信息及发票快递信息，主办方会随后安排开具发票并快递。

3. ​付款完成后如果没有收到电子票短信，您可以进入我的活动行查询并打印，或者联系活动行客服。

    3. If you don't receive the e-ticket SMS payment, you can enter event bank to query and prine, or contact the customer service of the HuoDongXing.
