Exciting Toastmasters International action-learning LEAD program will help you develop your leadership skills and achieve HPL. You will learn by doing.
1. What is LEAD? What will you get?
LEAD(Leadership Experience for Advanced Development) is an educational program which helps members to complete HPL(High Performance Leadership) manual, which is a necessary step to apply ALS and DTM.
LEAD是大区的教育项目，旨在帮助会员们完成高阶领导力(HPL)手册，同时也是会员们申请ALS和DTM的必经之路。

2. Tailor-made sessions 2018/2019
For 2018-2019 D85 LEAD program, you are going to have tailor-made sessions including 5 offline events and 3 online meetings during one year. You will also be supported by LEAD Bridges who will coach you along the way.

4. LEAD Participants' Commitments LEAD参与者承诺
Payment: All participants shall pay 200 RMB before the kick-off meeting on the 19th of August. You may pay in this Huodongxing. 所有参与者应在8月19日的首次会议之前支付200元人民币。请在活动行上付款。 Refund Policy: 参与者资金归还政策： 1. You would receive a full refund before Aug 20th, 2018 if we are informed that you would not want to attend any future events on the day after the kickoff meeting; 参与者在参加kickoff meeting之后，如在当天告知举办方您将不参加未来的任何活动，您将在2018年8月20日之前收到全额退款； 2. You will get 100 RMB refund by June 15th,2019 if you complete the HPL program and meet the criteria before June 14th,2019 (at the LEAD graduation ceremony date). 参与者将在2019年6月15日前收到100元人民币退款，前提是参与者需要在明年6月14日（LEAD毕业典礼日期）之前完成HPL项目并达标。
