时隔已有一月，Ladies Who Tech 北京的社交之夜将于12月03日（星期四）再次举行！在这个特殊的冬季，期待科技能为我们带来新世界的温暖，和前进的光明。

Ladies Who Tech Beijing will be hosting our next STEM Drinks Night on Thursday, December 3rd! We hope you’ll join us for another round of friendly discussion about tech on a cozy night out before winter officially arrives!

我们很荣幸能与德国海外商会联盟共同举办该次活动，本次STEM之夜的主题是“科技和人力资源的未来，何去何从”。

We’re so proud to be hosting the event with the German Chamber of Commerce in China , with “The Future of Work: How is HR Evolving with Technology” as the theme of the night.

在数据爆炸和人工智能技术高速发展的今日，各类高新技术颠覆了传统的职业发展模式。据牛津大学统计，47%的现有工作岗位将被人工智能所取代。然而，随着这些旧岗位的消失，又会有一批新的工作被创造出来。并且，全球疫情正在加速这个进程。在这艰难的时期，我们的工作习惯发生了巨大的变化，各组织的人事部门也在调整新的重心，包括加强员工安全和制定业务可持续性战略。

According to an Oxford study, 47 per cent of jobs in the US could be done by machines “over the next decade or two” – with the pandemic rapidly accelerating this process. However, at the same time, this means that people would be free to pursue more interesting careers. As our work habits change dramatically during these trying times, HR Departments across organizations would take new priorities, too, including enforcing workforce safety and strategizing business continuity.

随着向全新规范的过渡，科学技术变得比以往任何时候都更加重要。 人工智能、机器学习、人力资源分析和虚拟现实等下一代技术解决方案正在帮助人力资源从业者简化招聘流程、员工数据分析和评估，并提高管理任务的完成效率。

As we transition to the new norm, technology has become more important than ever. Next-generation technology solutions such as AI, machine learning, HR analytics, and VR are helping HR personnel streamline recruitment processes, employee data analysis and evaluation as well as increasing efficiency in completing administrative tasks.

在这次聚会中，我们希望深入地探讨人力资源是如何随着技术的进步而迭代，以及助力人力资源专业人员推动工作效率、优化工作环境的各种工具和平台。更重要的是，我们邀请了STEM社区和从事技术/ STEM领域的人力资源专家至此STEM之夜与我们共同进行交流，探讨高新科技将如何影响我们的职业发展，我们又将如何适应高新科技，来规划自己未来的职业方向。

In this upcoming discussion, we hope to explore how Human Resources is evolving with technology and the different kinds of tools and platforms that are available for HR professionals to drive productive workplaces. More importantly, we are inviting our STEM community and HR professionals working in the tech/STEM sector to come together to network, socialize and explore new opportunities of co-creation between people and machines.
