Sin Kit I (Sinki, 冼洁仪) is a Macao-born Chinese whose base now is Medellín, second largest city in Colombia, South America. Sinki speaks five languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, English, and Spanish. She holds a Master´s degree in Applied Research and Consultancy and another Master in Visual Culture from Lancaster University in the UK. She has worked as a news anchor, journalist, consultant, and lecturer in different organizations. Now her mission in life is to be the bridge between Colombia and the world, especially China.

冼洁仪是澳门出生的中国人，现在居住在南美洲哥伦比亚第二大城市梅德林。洁仪会说五种语言：广东话、普通话、日语、英语和西班牙语。她拥有英国兰开斯特大学的应用研究与咨询硕士学位和视觉文化硕士学位。她曾在不同机构担任新闻主播、记者、顾问和讲师。现在，她的人生使命是成为哥伦比亚与世界，特别是中国之间的桥梁。

Nicolás Torres was born in Bogotá, Colombia but for the past two years he lives and works for the city of Medellín. He has been working for promotions agencies for over three years where he has led different investment opportunities in the infrastructure, real estate, tourism and tech sector. Since 2017, is part of ACI, the Mayor’s Office of Medellín promotion agency and currently leading the tech sector from the Cooperation and Investment Management team helping foreign companies stablishing in the city.  This is his first time in China, and he hopes to have the opportunity to get a close idea of Chinese culture.

尼古拉斯·托雷斯出生在哥伦比亚波哥大，但过去两年他一直在麦德林市生活和工作。他在推广机构工作了三年多，在基础设施、房地产、旅游和科技领域引领了不同的投资机会。自2017年以来，是梅德尔市市长办公室（ACI）的一员，目前领导着合作与投资管理团队的技术部门，帮助外国公司在该市建立业务。这是他第一次来中国，他希望有机会近距离了解中国文化。

Andrés Rodríguez

Andrés is Startup Grind Beijing's Co-Director. In his daily job, he handles the marketing and sales strategies for Bespoke Travel Co., a Beijing-based boutique travel company curating creative, customized tours and events in China for individual travelers and corporates alike.

Andrés is passionate about entrepreneurship, traveling to develop cultural understanding, and the startup ecosystems in China and Latin America, which is also what brought him to Startup Grind.

Andrés has spent nearly 7 years in Beijing and lived in 4 different continents during the last decade. Andrés is also a full-time dad of a 3rd culture kid, and a big fan of triathlon.

安德烈是创业磨坊北京分部的联合负责人。在他的日常工作中，他负责Bespoke Travel Co.的营销和销售策略，Bespoke Travel Co.是一家位于北京的精品旅游公司，为个人旅行者和企业提供在中国的创意，定制旅游和活动策划。 

他热衷于创业，旅行以深入理解中国和拉丁美洲的创业生态系统，这也是他进入创业磨坊北京的原因。 

安德烈在北京度过了近7年，并在过去十年中生活在四大洲。安德烈是一名全职父亲，也是铁人三项的忠实粉丝。

Corporation Ruta-N was founded in 2009 as a regional innovation agency to support Medellín's transition from an industrial city into a knowledge city. Its purpose is to inspire and encourage innovation in the city and create favorable conditions for business and entrepreneurship. From 2012 to present, it has attracted more than 320 companies/startups from 32 countries.

Ruta-N公司成立于2009年，是一家支持梅德林从工业城市向知识城市转型的区域创新机构。其宗旨是激励和鼓励城市创新，为创业创造有利条件。从2012年至今，它已经吸引了来自32个国家的320多家公司/初创企业。

The Agency for Cooperation and Investment of Medellín and the Metropolitan Area – ACI Medellín, is an association of public entities: The Medellín Mayor’s Office, EPM, the Metropolitan Area of Aburrá Valley, and EMVARIAS. It has established as key actor in the internationalization process to develop the territory by creating strategic international relations. This allows the city and the region to access international cooperation resources and the arrival of local and international investments.

麦德林和大都会区合作与投资机构-ACI麦德林是一个公共实体的协会:麦德林市长办公室，EPM, Aburra山谷的大都会区，和EMVARIAS。 ACI麦德林已成为国际化进程中的关键角色，通过建立战略国际关系来开发区域。这使该市和该区域能够获得国际合作资源，并获得当地和国际投资。
