    Ladies Who Tech Founders Series Shanghai : Architecture Tech 

    创始人系列意在创建一个独特的以技术为主题的中心,在这里,女性技术创始人、科技自由职业者、潜在联合创始人、人才和潜在客户之间的联系可以互相链接,以便实现他们的技术上的商业目标,例如通过多元化来提高产品质量。本月我们将一起聊聊建筑科技。

    Ladies Who Tech Shanghai team plans to keep up the momentum with the upcoming Founders Series happening on Dec 10! This event will create an exclusive tech-hub where connections among tech founders, tech-freelancers, potential co-founders, talent and potential clients can cross-pollinate in a meaningful way to achieve shared tech business objectives like improving product quality. In this month's edition, we focus on ArchitectureTech.

    The magnificent Forbidden City, the towering Empire State Building, the mysterious Giza Pyramids… When you are travelling around the world and looking at these famous constructions, what of them are catching your eyes?  You would say the beautiful design, the solemness and magnificence, and maybe even the stories attached to them.  But have you ever tried to find out the science and technology utilized in those structures?


    哈哈,你没听错!从古至今,建筑可谓是无处不科技。而且事实上,不仅是那些伟大的名迹,生活中最普通的民用建筑也都蕴藏了许多科学技术的运用,改变着人们的生活。例如著名的榫卯结构,大至天坛祈年殿,小至百姓家桌椅板凳,榫卯技术的发明让人们拥有了更加稳固和长久的屋子和家具。

    In all ages, science and technology have been so extensively used in architecture.  Besides the abovementioned structures, buildings in our everyday lives and civil architecture apply brilliant technology and ideas.  For example, the famous mortise and tenon joint structure is applied in both the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, and tables and chairs in our homes.  This invention brought safer use and longer life of buildings and furniture to humankind.

    蔡婷 Ting Cai 

    上海筑想信息科技股份有限公司创始人兼CEO

    Co-Founder & CEO, Shanghai Wishbuild Information Technology

    蔡婷,上海筑想信息科技股份有限公司联合创始人兼CEO,全国十二届妇代会代表,全国三八红旗手、静安区政协委员,上海市第四届十大杰出新锐青商获得者,上海市女企业家协会副会长,市绿色建筑协会特聘专家。她毕业于同济大学建筑工程系,曾就职于上海建筑设计研究院。

    2012年,蔡婷预见了智库式平台的无限价值,创建了国内首个建筑建设领域软件与数据服务的云平台筑想科技(隶属于易居企业集团),帮助全国21个城市,1,800多家开发商,超1万名专业用户,4万多家供应商,40多万种产品进行了供需技术对接。她以建筑+IT为核心理念,带领团队开发了CPA筑道设计管理平台等原创建筑软件与数据服务平台,以碧桂园-产品共享平台、融创-可视化智选精装设计平台、绿地-绿得智库等多款建筑技术产品标榜业界,还为包括保利、美的置业、中国金茂等更多世界著名500强房企开发技术驱动型的建筑解决方案。

    Ting Cai is the co-founder and CEO of Shanghai Wishbuild Information Technology, representative of the 12th National Women's Congress, national March 8th (Chinese Women's Day) red banner pacesetter, member of Jing'an District CPPCC, winner of the fourth Shanghai "Top Ten Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs", Vice President of Shanghai Women Entrepreneur Association, and distinguished expert of Shanghai Green Building Association.  She graduated from the Department of Architectural Engineering at Tongji University and worked at Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design and Research.   

    In 2012, Ting envisioned the enormous value of the "think tank" platform and founded Wishbuild Technology (E-House subsidiary), the first Chinese cloud platform for software and data services in architecture and construction fields.  Her business has assisted 21 Chinese cities, 1,800+ developers, 10,000+ professional users, 40,000+ suppliers, and 400,000+ products in technology supply and demand docking.  Driven by the vision of architecture + IT, she has led her team to build up construction software and data service platforms, such as the CPA road design management platform; key products such as development of country Garden - product sharing platform, Sunac - Visual intelligent selection hardcover design platform, Greenland - Green think tank, pioneering the industry. Wishbuild also develops tech-driven architectural solutions for other world-famous Fortune 500 real estate companies, including Poly, Midea Real Estate, and China Jinmao.

    何宛余 Wanyu He

    小库科技创始人兼CEO

    Founder & CEO, XKool Technology

    何宛余,XKool Technology创始人兼CEO,香港大学建筑学院兼职助理教授,毕业于Berlage Institution of Delft。她与2000年普利兹克奖得主、被《时代》杂志评选为世界上最具影响力的100人的雷姆·库哈斯一起学习和工作。2009年至2016年,她担任世界顶级建筑事务所OMA的项目建筑师。在此期间,她参与了很多项目,包括央视大楼、深圳证券交易所和鹿特丹市政厅。她也是一名科幻作家,正如她所说,写科幻小说就像设计一个建筑方案,就像创建一个伟大的科技初创公司一样。

    Wanyu He, Founder and CEO of XKool Technology, is also adjunct assistant professor of Hong Kong University Architecture School.  She is a graduate from Berlage Institution, Delft University of Technology.  She learned and worked with Rem Koolhas, who won the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2000 and was listed as Top 100 of The World’s Most Influential People by Time.  From 2009 to 2016, Wanyu served as project architect of the world's top architectural firm, OMA.  During that time, she was involved projects including the CCTV building, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Rotterdam City Hall.  She is also a Sci-Fi writer.  “Writing a Sci-Fi is the same as designing an architecture scheme, both are like creating a great tech-based startup”.

    吴迪 Lyla Wu

    Founder, Neuni_lab

    吴迪(Lyla Wu)是一位创客、建筑师、设计师、艺术策展人和教育家。曾就读于新加坡国立大学、香港中文大学、南加州建筑学院和维也纳实用美术大学。毕业后供职于香港张志强事务所、凯达环球、美国的格雷戈林恩(Greg Lynn Form)和德国的格拉夫特(Graft)等知名建筑设计公司。作为一名教育家,目前于同济大学担任客座教授,长期行走在中国数字设计和数字智造的研究及教育的前沿。2015年,吴迪在上海创立了创新实验室 Neuni_lab,一个集合数字设计、数字智造、联合办公、创新教育、品牌孵化和商业销售的一体化空间。2016年,吴迪和法国MateriO新材料平台合作,在上海创立了MateriO中国,成为中国第一个专注全球新材料培训,孵化和交易的创新平台。

    Lyla Wu is a creator, an architect, a designer, an art curator, and an educator.  She studied at the National University of Singapore, Chinese University Hong Kong, the Southern California Institute of Architecture, and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.  After graduation, Lyla went to work for AEDAS in China, Greg Lynn Form in USA, Graft in Germany, and other well-known international architectural and design companies.  As an educator, Lyla is currently serving as a visiting professor at Tongji University, always in the forefront of research and education in digital design and digital fabrication.  In 2015, Lyla founded Neuni_lab, a workspace that combine innovation and prototyping in a laboratory environment, providing experimentation and integration of digital design, digital fabrication, co-working space, creative education, and brand incubation and commercialization.  In 2016, Lyla obtained exclusive rights to collaborate with MateriO and founded Neuni Materio China in Shanghai, thereby becoming the first world-class Chinese platform that provides training, incubation, and trading of innovative materials.

    宋婷 Ting Song

    中国首批加密艺术创作者

    The first encryption art creators in China

    赛博剧院区块链上虚拟艺术建筑项目发起人

    Initiator of Cyborg Theater, a blockchain-based AI art architecture project

    宋婷,毕业于清华⼈⽂科学实验班,是中国首批加密艺术创作者之一、OPPO校园科技艺术顾问、新浪微博科技艺术顾问。她曾经于NASA Research Center园区举办个人理论物理画展,并曾参与《Nature》期刊封面设计。

    宋婷于2017年担任第二十三届联合国气候变化大会观察员并受联合国教科文组织邀请进行个人演讲,分享科技艺术向善实践方面的见解和经历。  其科幻小说《童画:光束永不熄灭》于2019年由中国美术学院出版社出版。

    今年,宋婷开设了国内首个《加密艺术导论及创作》系列课程。此外其个人展览《逆赛博格教堂与集市》也在今年开展。该展览为中国首个基于区块链的AI与人协作艺术展,创下中国AI与人协作的非同质化代币(NFT)艺术品拍卖纪录。

    Ting Song graduated from the humanities experimental class of Tsinghua University.  She is one of the first encryption art creators in China, an OPPO campus science and technology art consultant, and a Sina Weibo science and technology art consultant.  Ting is a Chinese artist who once held a personal exhibition of theoretical physics in the campus of NASA Research Center and participated in the cover design of Nature Journal.  In 2017, she served as an observer at the 23rd United Nations Climate Change Conference and was invited by UNESCO to share about the good practice of science, technology and art.  Her work in the Science Fiction Children's Painting: The Light Beam Never Dies was published by China Academy of Fine Arts Press in 2019.  This year, she offered in China the first Encryption Art Introduction and Creation series course.  She also had her personal exhibition Inverse Cyborg Cathedral and Bazaar, the first blockchain-based AI and human collaborative art exhibition in China, setting an auction record of the AI-human collaborative NFT art in China.

We want to raise awareness of the lack of women in the STEM industries and help companies to have more diversity.
