Welcome to a brand, new year!  To celebrate the Year of the Ox of the Lunar Calendar, Ladies Who Tech is hosting the STEM Drinks Night Shanghai at Curfew on February 25!

Alicia Tung是卓越职场研究机构大中华区的首席运营官。她帮助企业量化其文化，并通过为所有员工创造高信任感的工作体验，以创造更好的商业成就。Alicia有22年深耕于大中华区的人力资源和培训相关领域的经验，她曾在丽笙酒店集团亚太区担任人力资源总监，并在奢侈品零售/时尚品牌Imaginex俊思集团的中国区集团、凯悦酒店集团等担任数次高级人力资源总监。她善于进行工作场所文化、组织、人才、领导力和高层次业务战略管理和研究。她曾为美国商会(AmCham)、世邦魏理仕(CBRE)、汇丰银行(HSBC)、宜家、Vorwerk等众多国内外知名品牌提供服务。Alicia还拥有INSEAD的环球MBA学位。

Alicia Tung is COO at Great Place to Work (GPTW), Greater China.  She helps organizations quantify their culture and produce better business results by creating a high-trust work experience for all employees.  Alicia has 22 years of professional experience at Greater China.  She was HR Director at Radisson Hotel Group and has held several senior HR positions in the ImagineX Group of retail and brand management industry, and Hyatt hotels of hospitality.  Her expertise is in Workplace Culture, Organization, Talent, Leadership and high-level business strategies.  She has provided services to AmCham, CBRE, HSBC, IKEA, Vorwerk, and many reputable local and international brands.  Alicia holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Lauren Qiang is a technical recruiter in Greater China for tech and medical devices industries.  She is a trained interviewer via DDI targeted selection, familiar with behavioral interview, and is the facilitator of an empowerment workshop called “IamRemarkable”.
