Startup Grind是一个以教育，启发并连接企业家为使命的全球性创业社区分享平台。我们通过活动，媒体以及与像Google for Entrepreneurs等组织的合作在85个国家培育创业生态系统。2010年创立于硅谷，迄今为止Startup Grind已经举办了4600场炉边访谈活动。

Startup Grind is a global startup community designed to educate, inspire, and connect entrepreneurs. We nurture startup ecosystems in 85 countries through events, media, and partnerships with organizations like Google for Entrepreneurs. Founded in Silicon Valley, Startup Grind has now hosted more than 4,600 fireside chats since its founding in 2010. 

本次活动由西交利物浦大学国际创新港(IIH)主办。 IIH为教师和学生的创新创业理念开发早期孵化器，并正在开发用于快速原型的Fablab实验室。 IIH旨在利用创新基础设施为大学和更广泛的社区服务，无论是西交利物浦大学教师、校友和/或需要协助和指导的外部创业家。

The event is host by International Innovation Hub at XJTLU. The Hub has developed an early stages incubator for the innovative entrepreneurship ideas of staff and students and is in the process of developing a fab lab for prototyping. The role of the IIH is to harness the innovation infrastructure to serve the XJTLU and wider community, whether these are XJTLU staff and alumni and/or external entrepreneurs needing assistance and guidance.

Startup Grind Suzhou has invited Pengpeng ZHAN, Founder of AngelsGlobal and TechAG Capital to share about Cross - border Integration of Technology, Industry and Capital: Trend and Exploration. 

同时在正式炉边访谈之前，来自西交利物浦大学的Theodoros Dounas博士也会通过Mozilla基金会的开源创新工具箱来与大家分享对于初创企业，设计作为战略性活动的重要性。

Before fireside chat, Theodoros Dounas will host a workshop. The workshop will explore Design as a Strategic activity for Start Ups using the Open Innovation Toolkit of the Mozilla foundation.

詹朋朋博士，跨境天使（AngelsGlobal）、硅航资本创始人，复旦大学中国风险投资研究中心副主任、上海市欧美同学会海归创业培训班创业导师、复旦校友创业俱乐部副会长、光谷咖啡（雷军创办）创业导师、央视《创业英雄汇》嘉宾投资人、美国哥伦比亚大学创业导师。

近年专注于国际科创项目的引进落地、产业对接、投资孵化，并配套发起硅航戈壁基金（与戈壁创投联手）。在硅谷和上海有办公室，业务已覆盖北美、西欧和亚洲。已投资Nomiku、Rukuku等明星项目。

詹博士毕业于加州大学哈斯廷法学院，亦从复旦大学法学院获得博士学位，并完成复旦大学中国风险投资研究中心博士后研究。

詹博士拥有十余年跨境投融资相关经验。曾任中国风险投资研究院（CVCRI，由成思危教授发起）上海分院投融资部负责人、某全国性律师事务所合伙人。

詹博士频繁受邀在国内外创业活动中发言，包括在斯坦福、哈佛、MIT、耶鲁、哥伦比亚大学、复旦、清华、交大、北大等地。

Dr. Pengpeng Zhan is the founder of AngelsGlobal and TechAG Capital, the deputy director of Fudan University China Venture Capital Research Center (CVCRC), a mentor for SORSA Startups Plan, VP of Fudan Alumni Entrepreneurs Club, a mentor for Optical Valley Coffee founded by Xiaomi Technologies founder Jun LEI, a mentor for the CCTV We Are The Hero program, and a mentor for Columbia University in New York.

Dr. Zhan focuses on helping global technology startups to localize in China, connecting them with industry resources and investing in them. He founded TechAG Gobi Fund jointly with Gobi Partners. His offices are in Silicon Valley and Shanghai, covering the whole Northern America, Western Europe and Asia. He has invested in outstanding startups like Nomiku, Rukuku, etc.

Dr. Zhan graduated from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He got his Ph.D from Fudan University Law School. He completed his postdoc research at CVCRC.

Pengpeng has over 10 years of experience in cross-border investment and financing for startups community. He once served as the Investment Director of Shanghai Office of China Venture Capital Research Institute (CVCRI, founded by Professor Siwei Cheng) and a partner of a nationwide leading law firm in China.

Pengpeng frequently speaks at events in global startup community. He was a speaker at global top schools such as Harvard, Stanford, Yale, MIT, Columbia, Fudan, Tsinghua, Jiaotong, Peking, etc.. 

Theodoros Dounas是特许建筑师和学者，聚焦在建筑和设计的计算和制造方面，并在各种规模的复杂建筑中具有实践经验。 他是多学科办公室“冒险建筑”的创始伙伴。 现任中国苏州西安交大利物浦大学建筑系副教授，国际创新港（IIH）联合主任。

Theodoros Dounas is an Award-winning chartered architect and academic, investigating in computation and fabrication in architecture and design, with practice experience in complex buildings of all scales. He is the founding partner of the multidisciplinary office ‘Adventurous Architecture’. He is currently associate professor in the department of Architecture and co-director of International Innovation Hub (IIH) at Xian Jiaotong Liverpool University in Suzhou, China.
