He has facilitated coaching sessions and workshops for a variety of companies, government organizations, and NGOs including but not limited to Audi, Pirelli, VW, China National Development and Reform Commission, Lenovo, UNICEF, JD.com, Construction Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, People's Bank of China, and Huawei.
