A graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, Jean-Marc Jancovici is one of the most widely acknowledged climate and energy specialists in France. He developed a carbon accounting system, now a standard in France, as well as green financial products, bringing closer private and public interests in the face of issues raised

A few weeks ahead of Paris Climate Summit (COP21), we wish to bring an opportunity to the general public in Shanghai to have a better understanding of the scientific, economic and political dimensions of the climate change issue, in which China plays a central role.
