    It’s no secret that consumers crave personalized experiences. Simply putting someone’s name in a subject line increases the odds they’ll open the email by more than 20%.

    When personalization is combined with digital technologies, the results can be game changing. Shiseido, which brings together Japanese art and advanced technology, believes everyone’s beauty is unique and personalization will be the next mega trend in the beauty industry. Upcoming advances in Tech and Biosciences indicate that Shiseido can work on creating beauty solutions that can be extremely personalized as per an individual’s skin and her needs.

    In the first Ladies Who Tech in Action in 2020, we will partner up with Shiseido Beauty Innovation Hub on Beauty Personalization: How Technology is creating new opportunities for personalized beauty experiences.     周涛声  Carol Zhou

    资生堂中国事业创新投资室资深副总裁

    Senior Vice President of Shiseido China Business Innovation & Investment Representative Office


    作为资生堂集团新成立的中国事业创新投资室的首席,周涛声女士将致力于打造下一阶段的企业经营模式,为公司成功实现转型。借中国的多元商业生态和创业人才济济的现象,周涛声女士计划加速创新并发掘新商业模式,引领美容创新,不仅助力资生堂集团在全球范围内发动下一个增长动力,并打造集团在全球美容创新领域里成为时代领先品牌。周涛声女士曾在多个跨国企业如联合利华、欧莱雅集团,Burberry、和万豪集团担任高层管理职位,其职位皆涉及带领品牌进行跨地区和跨领域的全球战略创新。周涛声女士毕业于纽约大学斯特恩商学院,并拥有香港理工大学工商管理MBA硕士学位。


    As head of the newly created China Business Innovation & Investment office for Shiseido, Carol is helping to shape the next phase of transformation for the company. By leveraging the dynamic ecosystem and entrepreneurial talents in China, Carol will help to accelerate the implementations of innovations and new business models, to create new beauty business as the next growth driver of the Shiseido group on a global level. Previously, she has held a number of management positions at multinational firms such as Unilever, Burberry, L'Oreal, and Marriott where she has led global strategy & innovation functions across regions and categories. Carol received her undergraduate degree from New York University's Stern Business School and her MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

    龚雪 Elaine Gong

    UNISKIN联合创始人之一 co-founder of UNISKIN

    龚雪,UNISKIN联合创始人之一,本科就读于浙江大学,主修化学工程专业,辅修创新与创业管理专业,毕业后获得剑桥大学以全额奖学金录取攻读硕士学位,后回到上海,就职于联合利华全球研发中心,负责全球范围内五大护肤品牌的消费者洞察及产品宣称工作。2015年离开联合利华,开启了第一段创业经历,和一只跨国团队一起创立了高端定制化医学护肤品牌SHELDON MD,领导了从研发到营销的全流程。两年后将关注点放在如何结合新技术实现更规模化、智能化的个性化护肤,于是加入了UNISKIN创始团队,开始打造以皮肤基因检测为基础的量化护肤体验。

    Elaine Gong, co-founder of UNISKIN, got her bachelor degree from Zhejiang University, with a major in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. She was then offered by University of Cambridge a full scholarship to pursue Masters degree. Elaine returned to Shanghai from UK and worked for Unilever global R&D center, as the work stream leader of consumer insight and product claims for five global skincare brands. She left Unilever in 2015 and started her first brand called SHELDON MD, a premium-positioned medical skincare brand offering personalized diagnosis service. Two years later, Elaine wanted to bring in new technologies that could massively improve the efficiency of personalization hence joined the founding team of UNISKIN, to start the journey of marrying skin genetic test and skin care solutions.

    栾晔 Dr. Jackie Luan

    菱歌科技创始人兼CEO Founder & CEO of Lavector Technologies

    栾晔博士,菱歌科技创始人兼CEO。美国耶鲁大学市场营销学博士,创立菱歌之前执教于美国常春藤联盟之达特茅斯大学塔克商学院 (Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth),专业领域为消费者洞察、品牌战略和数字化转型,主导过多家财富500强企业营销大数据系统的构建和优化。菱歌是一家商业智能和市场数据分析技术供应商,将人工智能技术创新地应用于市场趋势洞察、顾客体验管理和个性化营销领域。

    Dr. Jackie Luan is the founder and CEO of Lavector Technologies. She was previously on the Marketing faculty of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies on marketing data systems and brand growth strategies. She graduated from Yale University’s School of Management with a Ph.D. in Marketing. Lavector is a market intelligence firm that offers AI-powered market research services and data analytical software to support clients’ R&D, innovation and marketing.

    王琼君 Tiffany Wang

    问大咖创办人/首席执行官 Founder & CEO of SHOWU Fashion Intelligence

    问大咖创办人王琼君女士,台湾大学医学院药学系/临床药学研究所/EMBA毕业。她拥有丰富的大中华区营销及领导管理运营经验,在跨国消费品及生技制药集团领导不同事业体屡创佳绩。她曾获全球前三大制药集团“全球最年轻潜力领导人奖”,并带领团队每年获得最佳业务成长、最佳市场创意、最佳执行力与团队合作等丰富奖项。

    她曾任跨国集团台湾/香港事业单位(业务暨营销)负责人,P&G宝侨公司大中华区SK-II技术营销经理等职务;负责战略与策略分析规划、营运盈利绩效、资源设计分配、组织管理与成长、产品与通路整合创新、新产品开发、价格策略等事务;拥有敏锐观察力与强盛的企图心与热情、策略思考与分析能力、对细节关注的执行力与结果导向的营销与业务能力。

    As the founder of SHOWU Fashion Intelligence, Tiffany Wang blends the human element of personal styling and proprietary algorithms. Prior to founding SHOWU, Tiffany developed extensive experience at the intersection of marketing and sales/ BU management for the global companies, including driving revenue for the company’s lines of businesses, growing the company’s industry-leading season pass business and advancing the company’s data-driven marketing approach with targeted messaging to existing and prospective guests. Her blend of vision, creativity, insight, and practical experience building personal and relatable brand experiences as a major asset to the company on defining vision and mission, and growing the business.
