Mentorship is more than just a mentee receiving knowledge and advice from a mentor. It is a relationship that flourishes over time. For mentees who have a go-to person to discuss work, growth, and challenges with will bring organic growth impacts. Additionally, a mentor can also benefit from mentorship by honing new soft-skills and collaborative skills.
