我认为，女性是有着无限的价值的。要创造属于自己的人生价值，而不是附属于某一个人，并不容易，需要有一个自我认识的提升过程。有时候，我会看低自己的价值，实在是不应该。我应该要有自信，相信自己一定能过上想要的生活。

女人要自爱，没有一个人能比自己更爱自身。女人也许在某个时候会因为大爱而忘了爱自己，例如爱孩子，爱父母，爱丈夫——的时候。但，女人一定不要忘记爱自己，要最爱自己，不要让自己的内心受伤，不要让自己受委屈。

金色的麦田，希望的麦田。我在上面播下了希望的种子，我愿脚踏实地，一步一个脚印，去完成属于自己的人生价值。

Self-statement of Artist

I think women have infinite value. It is not easy to create one's own life value instead of being attached to someone. It needs a process of self-awareness to improve. Sometimes, I looked down on my own value. I really shouldn't be like this. I should have self-confidence and believe that I can have the life I am longing.

Women should love themselves. No one can love oneself more than oneself. Women may forget to love themselves because of the great love at some time, such as when they are loving their children, their parents and their husbands. However, women must not forget to love themselves, to love themselves most, do not let their hearts hurt, do not let themselves suffer wrong.

Golden wheat field, the field of hope. I planted the seeds of hope on it, I am willing to be down-to-earth, step by step, to complete my own life value.

前言

百多年前的《辛丑条约》于中华民族来说，是极其恶劣的事情。“庚子赔款”，更是一笔天价支出。但世事多变，庚款被退回，有了庚款留学生。他们不仅带回先进的科学知识，也带回能与世界沟通的人文理念，对中国现代化的奠基起到巨大作用。例如后来的清华大学校长梅贻琦，和后来的文学家胡适等人，都是庚款留学生。清华大学和燕京大学等赫赫有名的学府，也因庚款退款被创立。可见，恶劣事情引发的结果，不一定都是坏事。

“丑牛”，辛丑年的牛。冯仕恒想借助笔下呆萌、可爱，甚至能飞起来的牛，给大家新的希望！我们，是不是可以像她描绘的牛一样，做一些突破自己的事情呢？

“牛脾气”、“一根筋”、“死牛一边颈”，从前被形容为思想固化、不懂变通，现在有了更多语义，也用在一个人坚持不懈于一件事上——就像冯仕恒专注于她的绘画事业上。

2020纷繁复杂的庚子年，肆掠全球的新冠病毒，让无数人遭受病痛折磨，甚至失去生命，无数人被迫忍受生活、工作的不便，无数企业倒闭……冯仕恒在这一年里，得到不同主办方的赏识，在深圳开了两场个人展览。回看2019年，她在本画廊开第一个个展【柔的岩彩】时的自述，果然是以柔克刚，用柔软、坚强和绵长来经营她的艺术事业。

逆境中，有的人不约而同反思自己工作、生活的意义，做出实质性的行动。仅本人所见，就有：去阅读听讲座，了解原本觉得艰深的事实和道理，把思想提高到更高层次；走出家庭的束缚，设立自己的事业方向；又有，企业主决心与认识多年的慈善机构合作，肩负起回馈社会的义务。这些例子里，我都能看到女性的成长。

在约翰·伯格（John Berger）的电视节目及同名书籍《观看之道（Way of Seeing)》中，提到女性在许多西方油画中的nude状态——她们所表现的神情、体态都是准备好被观看者偷窥或者审视的。女性被当成物件、装饰品，在古今中外都不少见，而女性成长，关注者寥寥，男性觉得与己无关，甚至有的女性都没有意识到这种需求，何谈观察到别人的成长？

【丑牛】展，希望无论是男性还是女性，都能来见证女艺术家的成长，也来聊一下你我的进步，让我们互勉！

Preface

More than 100 years ago, the "Final Protocol for the Settlement of the Disturbances of 1900" was extremely bad for the Chinese nation. "Boxer Indemnity" was a huge expense. However, the world always changes, the "Boxer Indemnity" was returned. And there were students studying abroad by the refund. They brought back not only advanced scientific knowledge, but also humanistic ideas that could lead the communication with the world, which played a great role in the foundation of China's modernization. For example, Mei Yiqi, the president of Tsinghua University, and Hu Shi, the later writer, were all overseas students of the refund of "Boxer Indemnity" . Famous universities such as Tsinghua University and Yanjing University were also founded because of the refund. It could be seen that the results of evil things was not sure to lead to bad things.

In this exhibition "Cattle of Year Yin Chou", artist Feng Shiheng wants to give everyone a new hope with the help of the cute, lovely and even flying cattle! Could we, like the cattle she described, do something to break through ourselves?

"Stubborn as a Bull", "One-track mind" and "Stubborn as the neck of a dead cattle (can't be turned around)" used to be described as solidified thoughts and inflexibility. Now they have more meanings, and they are also used to describe a person who keeps on doing one thing - just like Feng Shiheng concentrating on her painting career.

In the complicated year of Gengzi 2020, the new coronavirus swept the world, causing countless people to suffer from illness and even lose their lives. Countless people were forced to endure the inconvenience of life and work, and countless enterprises shut down. In this very year, Feng Shiheng was appreciated by different organizers and held two solo exhibitions in Shenzhen, China. Looking back in 2019, as she said in the statement of her first solo exhibition of "The Soft Rock Color" in our gallery, she really managed her art career with softness, firmness and lastingness.

In adversity, some people rethought the meaning of their work and life and made substantive actions. As what I have seen, there was a person who went to read and listen to lectures, to understand the deep facts and reasons, to raise the thought to a higher level. There was another person who walked out of the chain of family, to set up her own direction of career. And there was an owner of business who cooperated with charities that she has known for many years, to take the responsibility of giving back to society. In these examples, I see the growth of women.

In John Berger's TV program and the book with the same name "Way of Seeing", it was mentioned that women's nude state in many Western oil paintings - their expressions and poses were ready to be peeped or examined by the viewers. It is common for women to be regarded as objects and ornaments at all times all over the world. However, few people pay attention to the growth of women. Men feel that it has nothing to do with themselves. Even some women are not aware of this demand. How can they observe the growth of others?

I hope that both men and women can witness the growth of female artists and talk about the progress of you and me. Let's encourage each other!

PS: Since the opening of the physical space of this gallery, there were always visitors talking about their personal feelings unconsciously, and I was very happy to be a listener - art can pacify people, and we will also launch series classes of art relief soon. Please note 😄 .

1986年出生于广东阳江

2009年毕业于广州美术学院获学士学位

现生活与广州、阳江两地

自我创作感言：

我的作品主要是由三个部分组成的，风景、人物和“轮回”式的装饰画。这是我创作的一些尝试，我喜欢多变的风格，不喜欢一成不变的符号化的创作方式。由此，我相信我的灵感，多数的创作灵感来自于生活，带有一些的幽默色彩。我的创作源泉，源源不断而富有灵性。我是非常感性的一个人，或许在这个充满了男性创作理念的艺术创作领域，需要更多的理性色彩，但是我依然坚守我的阵地。在我眼里，艺术是带有感情色彩的，而我相信女性的温婉细腻的情感，在当今的创作领域是十分缺失的。

我想我的创作是跟我童年分不开的，自幼喜欢涂抹，喜欢幻想，喜欢童话，喜欢动画，因此我的创作有那么一点清新，童真，烂漫。这是我心灵的一片净土。

Self-Introduction

My works are mainly composed by three parts: landscape, human and homocentric decorative painting. These are some attempts in my creation. I like variable style instead of the invariable and symbolic creation way. So, I believe my inspiration and most of them are from my life with some humor. My creation fountain is continuous and rich of spiritual. I’m a very emotional person. Maybe in this art field where full of masculine creation ideas, we need more rational color, but I still insist on guarding my position. In my eyes, art is full of the color of emotion. I do believe that the female’s delicate emotion is missing in the art world today. In my opinion, my artwork is related to my childhood. When I was a child, I liked smearing, imagining, carton and fairy… in this way, there is a little bit freshness, innocence and brightness in my creation. This is the Pure Land in my heart.

广州利康社会工作服务中心

简介

1998年为满足广州市精神病患者家属工作的迫切需要和弥补广州市精神病防治康复工作的空白，广州市残疾人联合会与香港利民会合作，成立了广州利康家属资源中心。中心以社会工作专业工作手法，为精神病患者家属提供以社区为本的服务，使之成为为精神病患者家属及康复者提供资讯及辅导服务的社区康复服务机构。

2003年，利康中心正式由广州市残疾人联合会进行本土化运营管理，经费由残联划拨，香港利民会担任顾问的角色。

2007年，为使利康中心有一个长远发展，正式办理了广州市民办非企业单位注册登记。

多年来，中心曾经或正在运作的项目包括：心智障碍人士/自闭症支持性就业服务、区精神康复综合服务中心、春晖庇护工场社工服务、卓毅社会所服务、金沙洲保障房社区精神康复服务、疑似精神障碍人士外展服务、产前产后情绪（精神）健康综合介入服务、精神康复者朋辈支持服务、展翅自强职业训练计划、毅志同行计划、南源街社区精神康复综合服务计划。

为了不断地提高中心同工的服务水平，中心建立了一支包括临床医生、心理治疗师、精神分析师、资深社工督导、社会学博士、新闻与传播博士等在内的专家团队，为同工提供直接的培训，并参与到机构的发展与规划中来。

为了让公众更好地了解精神健康，利康中心还在广州广播电视台、G4新闻日日睇、珠江电视台等电视台介绍案例或进行科普宣传。还在包括《中国社会工作》、《社工观察》、《广州社工》等纸媒和公众号发表多篇文章。

中心还是广州市社会工作者协会、市志愿者协会、市社组联、市残疾人服务协会会员单位。

在民政部社会工作司指导下，由中国社会出版社刊出的《社会工作实务操作手册》系列丛书中，利康中心为“残障康复社会工作”提供家属小组案例，并参与拍摄。

中心总结过往的实务经验，与香港理工大学叶锦成教授一起撰写书籍，并于2018年6月正式出版《中国取向复元模式实践》一书，该书被纳入“十三五”上海重点出版物规划项目《社会工作理论流派案例研究丛书》。

为了让更多的精神康复者家庭、经受困扰的人得到帮助，我们还积极输出专业服务经验，以培训、督导、顾问的方式为大湾区多家机构提供支持。

为了促进专业学习与成长，还建立了广州临床社会工作实务讨论群，邀请高校老师、特殊学校老师、专业协会代表、实务专家、不同领域的一线社工，不定期进行实务讨论。

Sissi's Back Garden Art Gallery belongs to Guangzhou Yifei Multi-Cultural Communication Co. LTD, which is located in Guangzhou, China. It is a commercial gallery focusing on contemporary fine art. From a collector to an art curator, the founder is seeking the connection and belief among collectors, gallery, and artists during the process of introducing fine artworks. There are 3 departments at present, Fine Art Department, Derivative Department and Consulting & Training Department.
