Ladies Who Tech in Action x Fosun Sports

电子竞技作为一种越来越流行的运动竞技，其因结合电子设备和强调人与人之间智力与反应的抵抗特性，已经被归入了职业体育竞赛表演活动，电子竞技员和电子竞技运营师已经成为官方发布的新职业。电竞也逐渐成为了近年来最值得关注的产业之一，与城市文化和科技共同发展。

ESports is on the rise. Given its characteristics in competition, it is already listed by many professional sports games as an exhibition sport. ESports gamers and operators are now announced as new occupations by authorities. No doubt, eSports has become one of hottest industries, as an icon of the development of culture and technology.

根据艾瑞咨询《2020年中国电竞商业化研究报告》，2019年中国电竞市场规模超过1100亿元，未来，电竞商业化快速发展将进一步推动电竞整体市场规模的增长，预计2021年将超过1600亿元。

According to iResearch’s report on Commercialization of China’s Esports 2020, the market size of eSports in China exceeded 110 billion yuan in 2019 and with the rapid development powered by commercialization would exceed 160 billion yuan by 2021.

在电竞领域里，从23岁获得炉石传说特级大师赛冠军的狮酱（Lion）到KA女子电竞俱乐部负责人周婕，再到狼队电竞副总经理藤菲菲，无论是参赛选手、世界冠军还是电竞俱乐部的掌舵人，都不乏优秀的女性身影，她们凭借自己的才智和能力在这个新兴产业里不断探索，积极开展自己热爱的事业，同时也在尝试打破电竞行业里满是男性的刻板印象。Ladies Who Tech支持并提倡越来越多的女性在科技相关的行业里突破重围，施展自己的能力，也积极鼓励电子竞技这个有趣领域的性别多元化。

In this field, we see many females making exceptional contribution, from Lion-the young champion of Hearthstone, Zhou Jie – the principle of KA Girl E-Sports Club, to vice manager of Wolves eSports team - Zhou Feifei. Female eSports gamers and club founders are trying hard to explore this new industry and reshape this male-dominant world. Ladies Who Tech supports and promotes a more extensive involvement of female stakeholders in eSports and the diversity and inclusiveness in this industry. 

而复星体育作为体育产业的中坚力量，也积极布局电子竞技领域。狼队电竞是复星体育旗下狼队足球俱乐部成立的职业电竞俱乐部，致力于打造一支顶尖的综合性电子竞技俱乐部，目前在海内外拥有《FIFA ONLINE4》《FIFA21》《第五人格》《使命召唤手游》《火箭联盟》五个分部，覆盖了当下热门的体育竞技类、射击竞技类、非对称战术竞技类等。

藤菲菲 CLAIRE TENG

狼队电竞副总经理 

​Deputy GM of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC

武汉大学经济社会学硕士。毕业后先后就职于盛大游戏、爱奇艺、狼队电竞，擅长IP整合营销，电竞、游戏、娱乐、影视、文学、体育行业均深度涉猎。现担任狼队电竞副总经理，主导成立复星体育旗下英超狼队在中国的电竞俱乐部，全面负责赛训与运营工作，从0到1完成了俱乐部多支顶级联赛职业战队的组建，领域覆盖体育垂直、战术竞技、休闲竞技等。

Claire graduated from Wuhan University with a Masters in Economic Sociology. She worked for Shanda Games, iQIYI, and now Wolverhampton Wanderers FC as an expert in IP integrated marketing with in-depth experience in eSports, games, entertainment, film and television, literature and sports. Currently, Claire is the Deputy GM of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, leading the setup, training and operation of Fosun Sports' eSports club. She built many teams of top professional league from zero to one, covering vertical sports, tactical games and relaxing games.

周婕 ZHOU JIE

KA女子电竞俱乐部负责人

Principle of KA Girl E-Sports Club

现KA女子电竞俱乐部负责人，曾带领KA获得过英雄联盟分部，王者荣耀分部，PUBG分部及炉石传说分部等多项冠亚军及名列前茅的名次，JAPAN KA女团负责人，10年电竞从业经验，前NEOTV英雄联盟专区负责(首届NESO国家杯承办方)，2017-2019ChinaJoy电竞大赛组委会，电信杯英雄联盟解说，原IG、King电竞俱乐部选手，2019年中热门话题《KA讲述女子电竞》微博话题超800W热度。

With a ten-year experience in eSports, Zhou Jie is now the principle of KA Girl E-Sports Club ("KA Club") and JAPAN KA Girls Group. Through her leadership, KA Club won multiple champion titles in the games of League of Legends ("LOL"), Arena of Valor, PUBG and Hearthstone. She was once the chief of staff of LOL section of NEOTV (organizer of the 1^st National Electronic Sports Open - NESO), member of ESports Committee of ChinaJoy 2017 – 2019, commentator of LOL games in China Telecom Cup, and a gamer of eSports teams, IG and King. In 2019, KA Club received 8 million hits for their signature Weibo Topic – KA’s Women Esports Stories.

火豹电竞总总监 CEO, Fire e-Sports

从传统快消跨越至游戏电竞，从世界五百强企业职业经理人转型为自主创业人，追随热爱、无惧挑战，在正确的时间做酷的事情。现任火豹电竞总经理，完成从0到1的中国第一支职业电竞女子战队组建，也是中国第一支与女排深度合作的电竞战队。

Linda Zhang would consider herself making the move to do the right thing at the right time. It was passion and enthusiasm that prompted her to move from traditional FMCG to E-sports, from working as a professional manager at a Global 500 enterprise to a pioneering entrepreneur. As the CEO of Fire E-sports, she organized the first professional female e-sports team nationally (from 0 to 1), which is also the first e-sports team cooperating with the China Volleyball team.
