Event Rundown: 
18.00               Arrival 
18.00- 18.20    Live band performance
18.20- 18.30    Welcome address by the British Consul General
18.30- 19.00    Start of live broadcast including pre-wedding commentary 
19:00               The Wedding ceremony begins

At the event, we will also be running a series of fun competitions throughout the evening, including a prize for the best dressed guests. All guests are advised to dress up as attending a wedding in the UK and ladies are suggested to wear hats.

Free registration, but 198RMB/guest will be paid to the hotel at arrival to cover the costs. Part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

All guests MUST register for entrance, providing all required information, before 12.00pm (NOON) Thursday 17 May 2018.  Please make sure the mobile phone numberis correct as we will send a confirmation text to the number you input. 

Guests will not be admitted to the event without our confirmation text.
