Matthieu Bodin, International Growth Director of XNode

Matthieu Bodin is an entrepreneur and community builder. As the International Growth Director at XNode, he works with startup founders, corporations, and ecosystem players to innovate in China. He is on a mission to identify the relevant model that will help organizations stay ahead of the competition. Previously, Matthieu worked for Techstars as the Regional Manager for Greater China where he supported community leaders to nurture their local tech communities. He founded three startups and now writes on carnet.cc.

Yoan RIGART, Co-Founder of IT-Consultis

Yoan is an entrepreneur with 12 years of experience in China and founder of various successful ventures in digital consulting, and F&B industry. Part of EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization), he started building companies from scratch to follow the footsteps of his grandfather, whom he considers his inspiration and source of motivation.
2 of the ventures he founded are well known amongst the Shanghai community: IT Consultis and urban Thai.
IT Consultis is one of the leading Digital Agency in China, with a diverse and fast growing team of 60+ digital experts hailing from fifteen countries, working with multinational and fortune 500s companies. The second is Urban-Thai, a beloved local chain of restaurants in Shanghai, promoting Thai cuisine as well as healthy eating.
In both cases, the decision to create those businesses was prompted by a desire to innovate: with IT Consultis, Yoan wanted to create a company that could bridge the digital divide between western companies and Chinese customers. With Urban Thai, he wanted to create not only a place where people can dine and relax, but also a location to spread the values of healthy eating and well being.
Yoan is a natural leader with a strategic vision for the long term development of the companies. In his role as a CEO, Yoan handles all finance, HR and legal related operations, ensuring the companies always go in the right direction. He is a strong believer in the value of mental and physical health at the workplace, ensuring each employee is well taken care of, both at a professional and personal level.
