    资深组织管理心理学家和咨询师。在中国生活了18年。曾在世界顶尖的管理系统咨询公司SAP工作,仅一年晋升部门经理,同时带领跨国团队搭建中国区工作。担任部门经理5年后,开始运营自己的咨询公司并投身教育事业。15年来,为近百名国际顶级管理层提供私人咨询服务,包括世界上最大的金融服务集团中国区副总裁,世界500强高管,以及跨国公司大股东,帮助他们解决生活以及事业上的平衡和突破管理瓶颈。同时他也致力于培养青年领袖,这些年他辅导了超过300名在校青年领袖、年轻职场领袖和年轻创业者。这些青年领袖来自世界各地,在Steffen 的帮助下获得了比同龄人更开阔的思维以及事业快速成长发展的各项软技能。

    Steffen Ummelmann is a senior organizational psychologist and consultant, living in China for 18 years. After working 5 years as a manager in SAP (one of the largest global providers of corporate management solutions), he started his own consultancy firm. During the past 15 years, he has acted as a personal coach and helped dozens of senior managers achieve work-life balance and overcome bottlenecks in their management careers. He is also passionate about working with young leaders and has guided more than 300 young students, professionals and entrepreneurs ages 18-35 from all over the world to achieve a higher vision and faster personal growth than their peers

    A young Gen-Y consultant, Sapphire founded two enterprises in 6 years. As a general planner of the China-Europe Economic and Trade Association directly under the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, she led the overseas forums of many European countries, organized the innovation forum of 1000 people at PWC, attended by  senior executives from IBM, Coca-Cola, Maserati and other major enterprises. She assisted in nearly 30 B2B intercultural meetings related to investment, science and technology, trade, government and other fields. She provided personal influence training to around 20 young leaders from middle and high-level management, and to senior managers from top-tier organizations such as Huawei, Uniqlo and Forbes European companies。

    2Y2O 是 "too young too old "的谐音和缩写。职场中经常会听见“你太年轻了”或者“你太老了”的职场年龄歧视。两位咨询师,因为年龄歧视与影响力的话题探讨开启合作。希望结合西式与中式咨询特点,70后90后不同年代思维世界观,男女性思维的长处,从不同角度更加全面而有效地覆盖职场影响力分析, 帮助不同年龄职业背景的职场人建立影响力成长趋势。因此共同开启本训练营,并命名2Y2O项目。
    2Y2O is a homonym and abbreviation for "too young too old." It's common to hear "you're too young" or "you're too old" ageism in the workplace. Two consultants explore the topic of age discrimination and influence ,and started this collaboration. It is hoped that the combination of the characteristics of western and Chinese style consulting, the worldview of the post-1970s and post-1990s generations, and the strengths of male and female thinking, can make the influence growth system more comprehensive and effective from different perspectives, so as to help the participants of different ages and professional backgrounds establish the growth trend of influence. So we started this boot camp together and named the 2Y2O.
