创业团队是指在创业初期（包括企业成立前和成立早期），有一群能力互补、责任共担、愿为共同的创业目标而奋斗的人所组成的特殊群体。本次我们邀请了悦刻科技企业业务拓展总监高文心女士，分享自己的经验与技巧，帮助创业者们高效、快速、合理的管理自己的创业团队。

Entrepreneurs are group of people who have complementary abilities, share responsibilities and be willing to fight for the same goal at the early stage of enterprise start-up.  This month, we invited Olivia Gao, the Corporate Business Development Director of RELX Technology, to share her own experience and skills, help entrepreneurs manage their startup teams efficiently, quickly and rationally.

高文心女士曾就职于奔驰大中华区市场部经理，积累了丰富的数字营销和投放经验。后担任优步中国高级经理，期间开拓了南京、武汉、郑州等市场及早起团队搭建。共享经济自2014年起曾一度成为一个热词，新型共享经济业态前仆后继，在离开共享汽车领域后，高女士带领Uber团队进入共享办公领域加入无界空间，提出共享会客室“W-Studio”理念，开创行业先例。目前就职于RELX Technology 负责企业合作业务拓展，所在公司悦刻科技已然是目前国内电子烟行业第一梯队里的一枝独秀。

Olivia is the Director of Corporate Business Development of RELX Technology - the tier 1 player in China's e-cigarette industry. Before joined RELX, she has focused her career in the sharing economy. Olivia joined Uber China in 2015 as a Senior Manager, led the launch of several cities, such as Nanjing, Wuhan, Zhengzhou and many other cities, accumulated tremendous experience in early stage team structure building and team management.
