We equip young people with the soft skill-sets to exercise the power of their voice.

Are you a young leader and looking to equip yourself as the future vibrant leader to lead change in the community? The Global Youth Leadership Program is designed for youth aged 18 to 25 years old who desire to develop both their leadership and personal development skills in areas related to study/work, associations and wider communities, to empower changes makers and leaders like you to make an impact in this world and improve the well-being of humanity.

A two-day program will be facilitated by the local and international thought leaders in leadership, youth mentorship and empowerment, who are experienced in delivering various leadership and management topics that highly needed by the global youth in the contemporary world, to build your leadership skills and personal influence skills. There will be hands-on learning and other learner-centered activities to ensure that you can be able to apply the acquired soft-skills in your daily life and work. 

Through hands-on learning, interactive exercises, fun simulation games, and project-learning base, this program aims to impart you with the knowledge and skills on the impact and importance of PERSONAL INFLUENCE with particular emphasis on Social Media; PUBLIC SPEAKING including speech preparation and presentation, and PIVOT PERFORMANCE in which you will create your own brand and determine what style/type of leader you want to be.

Training Program consists of various modules covering topics including Self Esteem & Confidence Building, Speaking and Communication Skills, Character & Leadership Development, Social Competence Development, Relationship Management, and Decision Making Skills& Conflict Management.

Mentorship Matters

Upon completion of the 2 days live program, our professional and world-class coaches/mentors will be hand holding with you for mentorship for three months to journey you through some of the challenges in your daily, like relationships, career, self-fulfilling, family and so on.
