About the Speaker

关于演讲者

Howard Wang is the Assistant General Manager of Shanghai Caohejing Innovation Center (CHJ) with a breadth of experience in accelerating tech start-ups. He is also the General Manager of Caohejing Angel Fund that invests in seed- and early-stage companies within the science park.

Howard is in charge of the daily operation for the top-ranking incubator from 2013. He led the team providing all aspects of entrepreneur services to over 450 tech startups, including office space & hardware, mentorship & coaching, technical support, financial advisory, angel investment and venture lending. He established CHJ’s new co-working space under the brand name “InnoClub” in 2014. Now it becomes a remarkable innovation hub for high-caliber startups and innovation institutes by partnering with industry-leading players, like Fishburners, Founders Space, Demo Space and Cisco Thinkubation Lab. He has rich experience in global innovation ecosystem development, and initiated the contracted partnership between Caohejing and corporates such as Cisco, Bosch, 3M, PSA. He is also the co-organizer of TEDxCaohejing and contributes his personal time in building up a technology community in the region.

王钟澔是上海漕河泾创业中心的助理总经理，在加速科技初创企业方面拥有丰富的经验。同时，他也是漕河泾天使基金的总经理，漕河泾天使基金致力于投资漕河泾开发区内的早期科技公司。

王钟澔从2013年开始负责漕河泾孵化器的日常运营，带领团队为450多家科技创业公司提供包括办公空间和硬件，指导和教练，技术支持，财务咨询，天使投资和风险贷款等全方面的企业服务。他于2014年以“创营InnoClub”品牌建立的漕河泾新型创业空间通过与海外同行合作，成为了汇聚高品质初创企业和创新机构的创新高地。他在全球创新生态系统开发方面拥有丰富的经验，发起并主导了漕河泾与Cisco，Bosch，3M，PSA等公司之间的合同合作伙伴关系。他还是TEDxCaohejing的联合组织者，并为建立漕河泾创业生态做出了自己的贡献。

Richard Zhang, Founder of BUFFALO and former CEO of KuaiSuDi. He is an expert in logistics industry for 15+ years. Buffalo focusing on online retail trading services between China and Africa, it has so far established featured logistics services of e-commerce small package from China to South Africa, with the first local market share. The company is featured for its low-cost and efficient services, which shipping to South Africa within 3-7 days. Now is continuously expanding Africa market logistics services, payment services and China market supply chain services.

Bob Chen is the investment director at Mangrove Capital. He focuses on supply chain, SaaS and ToB services, technology and fintech sectors. He leads a number of investments in successful startups, including SW Network - China’s leading cross-border seller and logistics provider; iyunbao - China’s largest S2B2C platform of insurance products; DP Telecom - China’s leading RF component supplier to Huawei. Prior to joining Mangrove Capital, Bob was with Fosun Group’s logistics and Supply Chain Team, and invested in Cainiao Networks, Best Inc., SinoPharm Group, and etc. Bob holds MBA from Cornell University-Tsinghua University, and B.A. in Economics and Political Science from University of Chicago.

陈博是沣源资本的投资总监，专注于供应链服务、SaaS和企业服务、科技以及金融科技。他主导投资了中国某领先的跨境电子商务运营商和物流解决方案提供商；I云保（中国最大的S2B2C的保险产品平台）；以及中国某领先的时钟解决方案及射频器件供应商等项目。在加入沣源资本前，陈博就职于复星集团的物流及供应链投资团队，投资了菜鸟网络、百世股份、国药集团等项目。陈博本科就读于芝加哥大学，并取得清华-康奈尔双学位的MBA。
