当下，每一个领导者都会关注这样一个问题：在中国社会文化的情境下，究竟什么样的领导力才会使领导者走向成功?

3月9日，哥大全球中心 | 北京联合营创学院、营创读书会邀请您对话北京大学国家发展研究院管理学教授宫玉振，一起听他从曾国藩的为官角度看中国式领导力！

On March 9, Columbia Global Centers | Beijing invites you to a public talk with Professor Yuzhen Gong from the National School of Development at Peking University. Professor Gong will speak on the effective leadership in China based on his research on Guofan Zeng, a Chinese military general and Confucian scholar of the late Qing dynasty.

宫玉振

北京大学国家发展研究院管理学教授、学术委员会副主任、北大国发院EMBA项目学术主任、中国孙子兵法研究会理事。先后获国家图书奖特别奖、军事科学院优秀科研成果奖，出版有《曾国藩领导力十二讲》《大道至拙——曾国藩与中国式领导力》《管理的历史维度》等十余部著作。

Yuzhen Gong

Professor Gong is a Professor at National School of Development and Vice Chair of Academic Committee for the Beijing International MBA Program, Peking University. His main research interests include Sun Tzu’s art of war, leadership and competitive strategy under uncertain environment, national development strategy of the great powers, and strategic culture and strategic behavior.

郑毓煌

哥伦比亚大学营销学博士、清华大学营销学博士生导师、营创学院院长

他的著作广受欢迎，并获得美国营销学会主席、沃顿、哈佛商学院院长等权威一致赞誉。他的课程《营销：人人都需要的一门课》自2015年10月16日上线以来，已有超过2000万人次收听，成为中国最受欢迎的营销课和商学院课程！

Yuhuang Zheng

Professor Zheng graduated from Columbia University with his Ph.D. degree in marketing. He is currently Associate Professor of Marketing and Faculty Director of the Marketing Department Doctoral Program at the School of Economics and Management (SEM) and Research Fellow at the China Business Research Center, Tsinghua University. Previously he was on the faculty at Fordham University School of Business (New York) and has marketing and strategic planning experiences at Motorola and Compaq.
