Dean is an accomplished Musician who has honed his craft over the past 20 years. He is now a Music Publisher with over 7 million Youtube Streams, and also an Author,Speaker and Music Consultant. Besides, he has a rich experience in music industry. He has worked as the Music Publicist, Band Director, Stage Manager, TV Producer, Radio Program Director and Content Manager before.

He thinks that there are Two key ingredients that should not be left out in any business model, passion and clarity. To him, Music is his passion and Clarity is his guide.

He ever worked in a well-known domestic advisory institute, he served a number of national hi-tech zones, such as East Lake hi-tech zone and Xiaogan Hi-tech Zone, providing advisory services for more than a hundred large ,small and medium-sized enterprises, has interviewed with institutions and individuals deeply in the field of 1000+ innovation and entrepreneur. He is good at industrial research, strategic planning, science and technology finance, crowd-making service and Entrepreneurial new media, BP consulting and other business fields.

柴晓亮，武汉光谷金融服务有限公司董秘、战略发展总监、光谷众创门户光谷创+网CEO。曾任职国内某知名咨询机构，服务过东湖高新区、孝感高新区等多个国家级高新区，为百余家大中、小微型企业提供咨询服务，深度访谈1000+创新创业领域的机构和个人，擅长产业研究、战略规划、科技金融、众创服务、创业新媒体、BP咨询等业务领域。

SXSW event is dedicated to help creative people achieve their goals. It is the most prestigious comprehensive event of technology, music, and film in the United States. The SXSW event was founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas. It is known for its celebrating interaction , integration of the film and music industries’ conferences and festivals. Twitter and Airbnb Originated here, and prominent tech companies like Google, Amazon and Facebook come to here to make the speech every year. This event is an important destination of global professionals, with conferences, shows, screenings, exhibitions and a variety of online opportunities.
