    “Spanish Design Seminar“ will be held at the Auditorium of the FASHION ECHO Building on September 27th at 14.00pm. Five talented, successful and awarded design studios based in Spain (Merry, Stone Designs, Jorge Herrera, Luis Eslava Studio and Isern Serra) will present their innovative product and interior designs, and together with several Chinese VIP guest speakers, they will share their experiences with the Audience. Finally, all of them will join a round table with the objective to present how Spanish Design can contribute to the development of the Creative Industries in China.

    “西班牙设计研讨会”将于2014年9月27日14:00在751时尚回廊举办。五家知名西班牙设计工作室（Merry, Stone Designs, Jorge Herrera, Luis Eslava Studio 和Isern Serra）将展示他们创新的产品设计和室内设计，中方嘉宾代表也将现场发言，他们将与大众分享设计经验。活动最后，西中嘉宾将进行圆桌会谈，主题是讨论如何使西班牙设计为中国工业创意产业的发展作出贡献。

Jorge Herrera (Jorge Herrera Studio)

    After graduating as Industrial Designer and working with several valuable design companies in Italy and Spain, in 2008 Jorge Herrera founded his own product design studio.The idea of making something complex very easy is portrayed in Jorge Herrera´s work since his early days. Sobriety and maximum functionality are the key elements in the development of his work projects.During the last 3 years, his Studio has achieved an IDEA International Design Excellence Award (2013), three Red Dot Awards (2012-2013), a Good Design Award (2012), and a iF Product Design Award in (2011).

    Jorge Herrera先生毕业后成为了工业设计师，并曾就职于几家意大利和西班牙的知名设计公司，2008年他在西班牙的瓦伦西亚创办了自己的产品设计工作室。Jorge Herrera先生一直以来的设计理念是使复杂的东西以简单的方式展现在他的设计中。清醒和最大的实用性是他事业发展的关键要素。在过去的3年中，Jorge Herrera工作室取得了2013年IDEA国际设计优秀奖，2012年和2013年两个红点产品设计奖，2012年Good Design Award奖，和2011年iF产品设计奖。

Cutu Mazuelos (Stone Designs)

    In September 1995, Cutu Mazuelos and Eva Prego, launched out on the adventure of creating their own studio (Stone Designs) in order to develop their projects from a personal perspective. This position allows them to work only with companies with which they truly feel affinity, such as Muji, Lexus, Celec, Coca Cola, De Beers, Procter & Gamble, H Concept or Blå Station.They started their internationalization in 2005, and they currently have permanent office with local partners in Shanghai, Tokyo, Moscow and New York.

    设计师Cutu Mazuelos和Eva Prego于1995年9月创立了Stone Designs工作室，以便更完美展示他们个性化的设计作品。出于这个原因，他们只与有亲和力的公司合作，例如日本品牌无印良品、雷克萨斯公司(定制限量版汽车内饰)、Celec、可口可乐、De Beers、Procter & Gamble 、H Concept、Blå Station等。Stone Designs设计工作室于2005年开始了他们的国际化进程， 到目前为止在上海、东京、莫斯科和纽约已经设立了办事处.

Alfonso Merry del Val and Paul Heredia (Merry Design Studio)

    Merry is a company focused in interior design, architecture, product and concept, founded in 2005 by Alfonso Merry del Val in Madrid (Spain).  In 2008, Paul Heredia joined the studio as Creative Director, who together with a team of collaborators and versatile professionals, allow the studio to offer suitable solutions to the variety of space design projects: offices, shops, hotels, homes, setting for events and landscapes.Merry creates singular interior spaces that transmit harmony and balance, that exude a unique personality without clamouring for attention. They believe that by carefully observing functionality, simplicity of design and serenity in scale, every element of our daily lives can be transformed into a fresh experience. They see interior design as a means to contribute to a sense of well-being in which the focus is not on the design, but on you and the things you share.

   Merry是一家专注于室内设计、建筑设计、产品设计和概念设计的工作室，总部位于西班牙马德里， 由Alfonso Merry del Val先生创立于2005年。2008年，Paul Heredia先生加入该工作室成为其创意总监，他和他团队的专业人员一起合作，为各类项目提供合适的设计方案，空间设计种类包括：办公室、商铺、酒店、住宅、活动现场和景观。Merry设计工作室创造奇异的室内空间，传递和谐与平衡，散发出独特且不张扬的个性。他们相信，通过仔细观察，设计的简洁性、宁静性、以及我们日常生活中的每一个元素都可以转化为一种新的体验。他们意识到室内设计作为提升幸福感的一种手段，其中重点不仅在于设计，而是在于客户本身及其要分享的事务。

Luis Eslava (Luis Eslava Studio)

    After studying at the Royal College of Art in London, working as a designer for Camper and living in Japan, in 2008 Luis Eslava decided to move to Spain and establish his own studio there.  He approaches design from a comprehensive point of view. For him “a designer must be able to propose a wide range of solutions” and that is the reason why his studio heads for global projects.Luis has an awarded experience in design and has collaborated with companies as Luff-lamps, Almerich, Velcro ®, Sancal, Martini Russia and Tombow Japan.

    Luis Eslava先生从英国皇家艺术学院RCA毕业后，他生活在日本并作为设计师为Camper 公司设计产品，2008年他决定回到西班牙并成立了自己的设计工作室。他从一个全面的角度去诠释设计。在他看来“一个设计师必须能够提出一个范围广泛的解决方案”，这就是为什么他的设计工作室能驾驭综合项目的原因。Luis获得一系列的设计奖项，并与众多国际知名公司合作，如：Luff-lamps, Almerich, Velcro ®, Sancal, Martini Russia and Tombow Japan.

Isern Serra (Isern Serra Studio)

    In 2009, Isern Serra opened his own studio in Barcelona where he develops all kinds of design projects. He’s got a wide experience in interior design and his clients come from both public and private sector. He covers projects with simplicity and honesty, giving “light” its own identity.Currently, Isern is developing international projects like the Pele Museum in Sao Paulo (Brazil)and The new horse experience (Saudi Arabia).

    2009年，Isern Serra先生在巴塞罗那成立了了自己的设计工作室，承接各类设计项目。他拥有丰富的室内设计经验，他的客户遍布于公共部门和私营企业。他的设计以简单和诚实著称， 并拥有“光”的身份。目前，Isern正在进行一系列国际项目的设计，如巴西圣保罗Pele博物馆和沙特阿拉伯马匹博物馆。
