Making a change in the world begins with a change within yourself. It begins with Toastmasters. 

“头马”是什么？

头马，国际演讲会（Toastmasters International）的中文简称，是一家国际性非盈利机构，专为锻炼会员沟通与领导能力。

1924年创办于美国加州，如今在全球100多个国家，有超过14000个俱乐部和300000多名会员。自1999年至今，广州目前已经建立26家头马俱乐部，覆盖范围囊括社区、公司、高校和各类组织。 

What is Toastmasters?

Toastmasters International is an international non-profit organization. We empower individuals to become more effective communicators and leaders.

Toastmasters, founded in California in 1924, have over 14000 clubs and 300000 members in over 100 countries. With the first club founded in 1999in Guangzhou, there are now 26 clubs here, ranging from community clubs, to company clubs as well as university clubs. 

“头马开放日”又是什么？

头马开放日（Toastmasters Open Day),是由头马组织不同层面承办，面向公众开放参观，深度了解头马文化与使命的特别项目。

What is “Toastmasters Open Day”?

Toastmasters Open Day is one of the biggest events in Guangzhou every year. In Open Day, every guest will have a chance to experience a high level Toastmasters meeting, have a close look at all amazing clubs in Guangzhou and witness the best speakers’ speeches in just one afternoon.
