    Leadership and Management Competence Consulting Course designed for multinational, foreign-related and cross-cultural business management, covering higher levels of workplace skills. The theme of the August Training Consultation: The Core of Leadership and Management Competence; Lecturer Shaun from the United Kingdom, Senior Foreign Trainer/Consultant, MBA, with more than 30 years of international business and 10 years of business management consulting experience. In this workshop-based program learn what this broad term means, and about the tools and techniques to help you successfully manage change, including cross-cultural contexts, in your business.

    Conflict Management

    Overview: Wherever there are people, there always will be conflict. Managers have to deal with conflict in the workplace every day. Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict, while increasing the positive aspects of conflict – a highly skilled role when cross-cultural factors are involved. Resolving conflict is a key part of a manager’s role. In this workshop-based program learn to do it effectively; by taking a positive, courteous and non-confrontational approach.

Also, how cross-cultural issues can affect your strategy. Employee satisfaction is the foundation upon which employee engagement can grow and thrive.

    Overview: How  can you get more done in less time and become more productive?  Time management refers to making the best use of time - as time is always  limited. Managing time effectively ensures that the right time is  allocated to the right activity. In this interactive practical  workshop-based program learn time management skills to set goals,  complete tasks quicker, arrange priorities, carry out a schedule and  cross-cultural norms around timekeeping.

    Shaun Corrigan MBA, from UK, with over 30 years' Training & Business Experience

    Originally from UK, Shaun holds an MBA and has over thirty years’ international business (B2B and B2C) and education experience; working in the fields of: business development, sales, marketing, operations and business intelligence. He has lived and worked in UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia. In China Shaun trains managers and teams in: Business, Leadership & Management, Soft Skills and Cross-Cultural Intelligence. He holds a CELTA and instructs in English as a Second Language (ESL). S stc 

           肖恩来自英国,拥有超过30年的国际商务咨询和培训经历以及澳大利亚一流商学院的MBA学位。目前在中国上海从事公司团队和企业管理者的培训工作,领域涵盖商务、领导力&管理能力、软技能、文化交流技能。在来中国之前,肖恩居住和工作在英国、欧洲、中东和澳大利亚。肖恩拥有国际英语教师资格证书(CELTA), 除了企业管理培训,我们针对企业团队和个人都有开设商务英语培训课程。

    5、该培训为全英文培训,因此培训前预约企业/团队将接受BM Consulting的英文水平测试(中级以上),该测试有助于Shaun确定培训语言的难易等级。
