      专为跨国、涉外、跨文化企业管理层设计的领导力和管理能力咨询课程，涵盖更高层次的职场技能。8月培训咨询活动主题：领导力和管理能力的核心；讲师Shaun来自英国，资深外企培训/咨询师，MBA, 拥有超过三十年的国际商务和十年的企业管理咨询经历。该活动仅接受企业或团体报名。

Leadership and Management Competence Consulting Course designed for multinational, foreign-related and cross-cultural business management, covering higher levels of workplace skills. The theme of the August Training Consultation: The Core of Leadership and Management Competence; Lecturer Shaun from the United Kingdom, Senior Foreign Trainer/Consultant, MBA, with more than 30 years of international business and 10 years of business management consulting experience. This activity is only accepted by enterprises or groups.

（1） 变革管理

　　什么是变革管理？变革是不可避免甚至是加速的。通过正确的变革帮助你高效管理组织并确保在竞争中领先。企业的变革是费时费钱的，但是通过有纪律的正确方法进行变革管理，组织的变革将能够平稳实现，并持续生存和发展。在这个培训课程中，我们将了解这个术语意味着什么，同时掌握必要的工具和技巧，帮助你的企业成功的进行变革管理，这也包括您的跨文化商务领域。

Change Management

Overview: What exactly is change management? Change is inevitable and accelerating. Organisations that manage it effectively will pull ahead of their competition. Change initiatives are time consuming and costly, but by approaching change management with a disciplined approach, organisations can survive and thrive. In this workshop-based program learn what this broad term means, and about the tools and techniques to help you successfully manage change, including cross-cultural contexts, in your business.

（2）冲突管理

Conflict Management

Overview: Wherever there are people, there always will be conflict. Managers have to deal with conflict in the workplace every day. Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict, while increasing the positive aspects of conflict – a highly skilled role when cross-cultural factors are involved. Resolving conflict is a key part of a manager’s role. In this workshop-based program learn to do it effectively; by taking a positive, courteous and non-confrontational approach.

Customer Service

Overview: What is the most important thing you can do to improve relationships with your customers? Improve customer service. No matter how great your product is, or how talented your staff are, your customer service team is often the face of your company, Customer experiences will be defined by the skill and quality of the support they receive. Good customer service centres around carefully listening and attending to customer needs and desires. In this interactive workshop-based program learn how to improve your customer service, and your customer relationships, in today’s cross-cultural business world.

Emotional Intelligence(EQ)

Overview: Emotional intelligence (EQ) is more important than intelligence (IQ) for success in our life and careers. Success depends on our ability to read other people’s signals and react appropriately to them. Each of us must develop the mature emotional intelligence skills required to better understand, empathise and negotiate with other people — particularly as business has become more global. In this interactive workshop-based program learn how EQ is your key to understanding other people, what motivates them and how to work co-operatively with them.

Employee Engagement & Motivation

Overview: What is Employee Engagement? An engaged employee is deeply involved and invested in their work. Factors that drive employee engagement, however, are different than those that drive satisfaction and motivation. In this interactive workshop-based program learn how factors including: meaning, autonomy, growth, impact, and connection drive engagement and motivation. Also, how cross-cultural issues can affect your strategy. Employee satisfaction is the foundation upon which employee engagement can grow and thrive.

Frontline Management

Overview: What is frontline management? Managers who occupy a key role closest to the core business processes of an organisation. In many cases, this means customer-facing activities suchas sales and customer service. Frontline managers often spend much of their time on day-to-day administration and direction of a team. In this interactive workshop-based program learn how in today’s globalised world you can build your career as a workplace leader, build team effectiveness and strong workplace relationships and networks.

Project Management

Overview: Project  management is the practice of initiating, planning,executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and  meet specific success criteria at the specified time. In  today’s globalised world, project managers are required to successfully  manage acrossteams and, often, international borders. In this  introductory workshop-based programlearn about the key areas, including:  project scope, measuring progress and performance, quality and cost  management, stakeholder management, risk management and project communication.

Overview: In  today’s busy globalised world theneed to manage stress, both at work  and at home, is vital if you are to achieve your goals and objectives -  whether work related, or more personal. An effective stress management  strategy is essential for the betterment of health, psychological  wellbeing and workplace performance. In this interactive practical  workshop-based program learn how to deal with the causes of stress,  work-life balance and explore useful stress management techniques.

Team Building

In this interactive practical  workshop-based program learn about building an effective team,  cross-cultural teams and embedding a teamwork culture in your  organisation.

　　怎样才能在更短的时间内更有效率的完成更多的工作呢？时间管理是指充分利用时间，因为时间总是有限的。有效地管理时间可以确保正确的时间分配给正确的任务。在这个培训课程中，我们将通过学习时间管理技巧来帮助设定目标，更快地完成任务，安排优先级，执行时间安排和跨文化的规范。

Time Management

Overview: How  can you get more done in less time and become more productive?  Time management refers to making the best use of time - as time is always  limited. Managing time effectively ensures that the right time is  allocated to the right activity. In this interactive practical  workshop-based program learn time management skills to set goals,  complete tasks quicker, arrange priorities, carry out a schedule and  cross-cultural norms around timekeeping.

Shaun Corrigan MBA, from UK, with over 30 years' Training & Business Experience

Originally from UK, Shaun holds an MBA and has over thirty years’ international business (B2B and B2C) and education experience; working in the fields of: business development, sales, marketing, operations and business intelligence. He has lived and worked in UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia. In China Shaun trains managers and teams in: Business, Leadership & Management, Soft Skills and Cross-Cultural Intelligence. He holds a CELTA and instructs in English as a Second Language (ESL). S stc 

       肖恩来自英国，拥有超过30年的国际商务咨询和培训经历以及澳大利亚一流商学院的MBA学位。目前在中国上海从事公司团队和企业管理者的培训工作，领域涵盖商务、领导力&管理能力、软技能、文化交流技能。在来中国之前，肖恩居住和工作在英国、欧洲、中东和澳大利亚。肖恩拥有国际英语教师资格证书（CELTA), 除了企业管理培训，我们针对企业团队和个人都有开设商务英语培训课程。

5、该培训为全英文培训，因此培训前预约企业/团队将接受BM Consulting的英文水平测试（中级以上），该测试有助于Shaun确定培训语言的难易等级。
