What comes to your mind when you hear the word 'spirituality"? How does one become spiritual? Are we not all spiritual beings? What's the difference between religion and spirituality?

Do views on spirituality differ in and out of China? How can our upbringing effect our views?

Westerners are often brought up with religion playing a big or small part whereas as the Chinese upbringing is far more secular yet both seem more open to spirituality, why is that? Are we raised to acknowledge/explore or dismiss anything that goes against what we are taught to believe? Do you think spirituality is a real thing or it’s just new age nonsense? How does our upbringing and culture affect how we view spirituality?

We are all on a spiritual path. The desire for more money, power, knowledge or anything is a spiritual process, but often misguided and conducted unconsciously. Let’s talk about spirituality! Let's talk about what it is, where we stand and where we want to go from here!

灵性到底是什么？让我们一起走进灵性世界！

当你听到“灵性”这个词时，你会想到什么？一个人如何提高自己的精神信仰？我们都是有灵性的人吗？宗教和灵性有什么区别？

中国和国外对灵性的看法有什么不同？我们的家庭教养对我们的观点有什么影响？

宗教对西方人的成长过程多多少少都有影响，而中国人的生活背景相比之下更加世俗，却对灵性信仰更加开放，这是为什么呢？面对那些违背我们传统教育的观点和信仰，我们应该试着探索它还是直接否定它呢？你认为灵性是真实存在的吗？我们的教养和文化如何影响我们对灵性的看法？

我们都在一条灵性的道路上。对金钱、权力、知识或任何东西的渴望都属于是一种精神历程，但这往往都是在无意识的情况下进行的。让我们来谈谈灵性吧！它到底是什么? 在灵性的道路上，我们现在处于什么阶段，又会向哪前行？

Originally from Zimbabwe, Kudzi has been living and working in China for over 5 years. She studied International Economics & Trade at NCUT in Beijing and moved to Shanghai in 2019. She's been the lead sales person at an AI startup, an event planner, a teacher and is still part of a family run international trade business in Zimbabwe. She also has her own hair extensions company which she started as a university student. A big fan of startups, she also works with StartUp Grind, Founders Lair and other associations in China and abroad.

She's lived and travelled in Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and all around Africa. Kudzi is self-motivated, cheerful, incredibly resourceful and always aims to create a positive environment where everyone (including herself) can grow intellectually, emotionally and socially. She loves exploring new restaurants and bars, is a great dancer and she can't wait to meet you!

来自津巴布韦的Kudzi，已在中国生活和工作了5年多。她曾在北方工业大学学习国际经济与贸易，并于2019年移居上海。她有许多不同领域的工作经验，包括人工智能初创公司的高级销售、活动策划以及教师，现在仍是一家津巴布韦家族式外贸企业的一员。自大学时期，她就开始经营着自己的假发公司。对初创公司充满热情的Kudzi，与StartUp Grind、Founders Lair和其他国内外协会都有过合作。

她曾在印度尼西亚、泰国、菲律宾、新加坡和非洲各地生活和旅行。Kudzi是一个积极，开朗且足智多谋的女生，旨在打造能帮助大家不断成长的环境。她是个喜欢探索新餐厅和酒吧的吃货，还是一个才华洋溢的舞者。更重要的是，她已经等不及和大家见面了！
