个人简介：

Kin 是一名热衷于DIY的创客，由于创作过程中因零件定制过程中所遇见的种种困难决心自己制作一台高精度CNC机床，正为此原因第一台精密数控CNC铣床在新车间诞生，由于大量采用了高精度机械元件及高刚性机身及高速数控系统，明显提高了加工精度及加工效果。机床完工之后Kin 决定将机床留在新车间供爱好DIY的创客们加工个性化零件

工作坊介绍：

本次为期4周的工作坊将带大家从零开始学习CNC数控铣床加工的各类操作，并加工出各样不同工艺要求的零件

第一周：数控加工基础，刀具种类，夹具基础使用，基本机床操作，基本G代码编写，平底刀的使用，毛胚件面铣加工, 手动加工实践。

第二周：MasterCAM 软件基础应用，机床对刀及原点设置，外形铣削刀路编写，加工实践。

第三周：MasterCAM 软件进阶应用，型腔铣削刀路编写，粗切与精切工序分解，加工实践。

第四周：MasterCAM 软件曲面加工应用，复杂曲面刀路编写，加工实践。

单次课程：非会员200元/次 新车间会员150元/次   

四次联票：非会员：750元／人，新车间会员：550/人。

Instructor Intro：

Kin is an enthusiastic maker who has encountered many difficulties on the way prototyping his creative ideas. One day he determined to take control of his process of making mechanical components by building his own CNC milling machine. By using high precision components and extra strong structure, his CNC machine is able to produce complex components. He has decided to allow Xinchejian members to share this machine as long as certain skills are equipped.  

Workshop Intro:

This workshop will take place 4 times in a roll. From basic operation to CNC toolpath generation, Kin will walk you all the way toward to excellent CNC components making. After this 4 workshop, you will be able to

1. Run the machine with basic manual operation, write basic G-code Tooth path, perform surface milling

2. Use Master cam to generate G-code, perform contour milling, tool tip alignment, center setting

3. Use Master cam for advanced operation, perform pocket milling, rough cut & finish cut.

4. Use Master cam for nurbs surface, perform complex toolpath generation and optimization.
