Substrate 协作学习是以在线视频的方式共同学习 Substrate 相关的知识和项目，Hacktoberfest 是一个鼓励开发者贡献开源项目的活动。这个十月，Substrate 协作学习将与 Hacktoberfest 一起，以 Substrate 和 Polkadot 相关的开源贡献为主题，让大家一起学习，并且鼓励更多的开发者参与到 Substrate 的生态系统建设之中。

参与方式：

1. Select: Pick four hacktoberfest-tagged issue from any parity repository or rust-libp2p or pick any one larger project

2. Contribute: Hack on the issue or larger project, submit one or more PRs, get it reviewed and merged

3. Claim the reward: Submit the signup form to claim your reward. Make sure to submit all before Nov 1st.

What's Hacktoberfest?

Hacktoberfest — brought to you by DigitalOcean in partnership with DEV — is a month-long celebration of open source software. Maintainers are invited to guide would-be contributors towards issues that will help move the project forward, and contributors get the opportunity to give back to both projects they like and others they've just discovered. No contribution is too small — bug fixes and documentation updates are valid ways of participating.

Rules and prizes

First, sign up on the Hacktoberfest site at https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com. To qualify for the official limited edition Hacktoberfest shirt, you must register and make four pull requests between October 1-31. Pull requests can be to any public repo on GitHub, not just the ones with issues labeled Hacktoberfest. If a maintainer reports your pull request as spam or behavior not in line with the project’s code of conduct, you will be ineligible to participate.
