Topic 1：Pulsar 事务简介
Speaker：李鹏辉, Apache Pulsar Committer/PMC Member；张勇，Apache Pulsar Contributor, StreamNative engineer。
Content: Apache Pulsar 是 Apache Software Foundation 的顶级项目，是一款分布式的发布-订阅消息系统，它具有很好的扩展性和灵活性，且能确保数据不丢失。目前，Apache Pulsar 提供的最高消息传递保证是通过幂等生产者（Idempotent Producer）在一个分区上实现 exactly once。本次分享中，我们会介绍 Pulsar 如何使用事务来达到 exactly-once 的保证。
Topic 2：TiDB 悲观事务的设计与实现
Speaker：吴雪莲，TiKV 研发工程师，分布式事务和下推计算负责人。曾就职于网易、盛大创新院、京东云，专注于对象存储的研发与设计，开源软件爱好者。
Content: 悲观事务是在多数金融场景不可替代的一个重要特性，TiDB 3.0 在基于 Percolator 事务模型的基础上实现了悲观事务模型，本次分享将介绍 TiDB 悲观事务的设计与实现原理, 探讨如何在分布式系统中优雅地支持悲观事务。
